A lovely wee remote accommodation, highly recommend and would love to come back to stay

Very friendly helpful hosts. Had everything we needed for our stay. Beautifully set up rooms. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Bonus coffee shop cafe on the location for our morning and afternoon coffee

Kleines Cottage in einem wunderschönen Garten. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und gemütlicher Gemeinschaftsraum. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die wirklich interessiert an Ihren Gästen ist. Perfekter Kaffee als Überraschung.

Man sollte wissen, dass das Bad in einem weiteren Cottage ist, man also raus muss. Ist aber mit Schirm, Taschenlampen und Bewegungsmelder gut gelöst und war für mich kein Problem.

An absolute gem of a place in one of the most beautiful parts of NZ

Wisteria Way has to be one of our most favourite places to stay ever! The hosts Bruce and Teresa are just amazing. Super friendly, very welcoming, easy to talk to and full of local knowledge to ensure you see the best that the beautiful Waimamaku and Hokianga have to offer. We fell in love with this place and didn't want to leave. Wisteria way is a beautiful place to stay. We had the 6 bed dorm cabin and one of the queen cabins for our family of 7. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The shared kitchen is modern and well equipped with everything you could need. The bathrooms and showers are clean and modern. The onsite cafe was great for a morning coffee. Absolutely beautiful place to stay and base yourselves if you are wanting to visit Tane Mahuta, Waimamaku Beach, Omapere and Opononi.

Another reason to visit the Hokianga

Wisteria Way is not merely accommodation, it is a destination! The gardens are spectacular. The facilities are adequate and the decor is downright charming. Teresa and, sorry mate I forgot her husband's name 🤦🏽, were wonderful and the nicest people, be sure to get the cooked breakfast in the morning, you won't be disappointed. We will be back 👍🏼

Very lively garden. Great selection of flowers. We had big breakfast which was very good. The gifts shop had a good selection.

Perfect Retreat & Cafe nestled amongst beautiful rose gardens with cottages and facilities tastefully decorated, fully equipt with elegance & style. An absolute piece of Heaven on Earth located in rural Hokianga and Historical Waipoua Rainforest.

Incroyable

Tout était incroyable ! L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter certaines parties du Northland. Le lieu est un havre de paix au calme en pleine nature. Lés bungalow sont charmants, faits avec style, entourés de fleurs. Bruce et Teresa sont des hôtes adorables, bienveillants et pleins de bons conseils. La salle de bain et la pièce commune avec la cuisine sont décorés avec goûts et très bien entretenus. Je recommande à 100%

Best dorm room in New Zealand

Absolute gem of a find! Perfect stop off when exploring the twin coasts. I would have very happily stayed several nights if I wasn't so short on time. Everything was thought of, stunning setting, friendly hosts (and guests)

Absolutely perfect

Very pretty aesthetic of the place. I felt like I was in a cottage core style magazine. Everything was clean, the little flower garden in between the rooms/kitchen/bathroom is absolutely lovely, there is wifi, there is a TV, books to enjoy, a very nice kitchen, the bathrooms were the kind you enjoy having a shower in. There was noone else staying the night we went so it was very very nice but it would have been lovely anyway. There is also a very cute friendly cat called Taco, which was just the cherry on top. One of my favourite stays in NZ so far.

Lovely place to stay and calm down

Great accommodation located very close to the Kauri Forest. Rooms are in small houses in the middle of a beautiful flower garden. Great common room, kitchen, bathroom and comfortable beds. Everything very clean. Hosts Theresa and Bruce are very kind and welcoming. Delicious cakes:)

Lovely chalet for two in a beautiful garden Warm welcome from friendly hosts. Early morning food and coffee available on site before the small cafe opened to the public. Delicious scones Interesting cards and craft items in small cafe shop.

All good. No dislikes. Bathrooms are separate to the chalets but they are high quality personal units equipped with toiletries. Everything you could possibly need.

Das war die bisher schönste Unterkunft unseres Urlaubs in Neuseeland.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Häuschen mit sehr guter Ausstattung auf einem wunderschönen Gelände. Unglaublich nette und freundliche Gastgeber (Bruce und Tereza).

Quick getaway, but so ideal for those 1-2 night stop overs. Relaxing & Recharged

Its basic, but so easy no stress, communal bathroom and kitchen facilities are good too, being able to say hello & conversate with other guests, while having breaky, I love the flowers it's so magical.

there is nothing was bad to complain about, Bruce & Teresa are very accommodating and helpful, full of knowledge and welcoming.

Teresa war super - so liebevoll und bemüht ... muss man gleich ins Herz schließen :-) das kleine Cafe ist super und öffnet zwischen 07:00 und 10:00 Uhr ausschließlich für Übernachtungsgäste der Garten und die Räumlichkeiten sind mit so viel Liebe für jedes Detail angelegt / ausgestattet / eingerichtet

Bettwäsche war nicht inkludiert (konnte aber gegen einen Aufpreis von 5NZ$ ausgeliehen werden), automatische Benachrichtigung hierzu kam leider nicht an, da wir zu kurzfristig gebucht hatten (ausleihen war aber gar kein Problem, Teresa war sofort wieder mit den Sachen da)

Setting is lovely, nice and quiet very clean. Lovely owners would of liked to spend more time there. Would love to stay again.

Cabin was a bit cold lucky we brought extra blankets. The lock on the door was very hard to open or lock.

A great place to stay.

The accommodation and the facilities are very good. The setting is awesome, in amongst a very nice garden with bush covered hills around. Enjoyed the coffee and cakes from the coffee shop. The owners Teresa and Bruce are top hosts. Wisteria way is a great place to stay.
