It is NOT a hotel. It is a private home that rents a few rooms. There is no sign that says HOTEL. Management is NOT on the premises. Nobody answered when I knocked on the door. My American phone could not make calls. If a local had not called management, I would have been forced to go to another place. It does NOT have an airport shuttle. The exit door was locked, and nobody could unlock it. A fire would have killed me. I had paid for a second one night stay a week later, but did not go. They refused a refund. I will file a police complaint against the hotel and booking.com. The hotel and booking.com violated several laws. It is a total scam.

Host says he lost internet connection and wasn’t expecting us so the room was not ready, linen had to be retrieved from washing line, bed needed to be made, no water or kitchen facilities as such until we asked.
The host obviously struggled after losing internet, wasn’t expecting us, place was chaotic, bed eventually made which meant we go to see state is bed, great, however doona very worn and stitching is coming apart, pillows need replacing, bed linen clean but obviously old and needs replacing. It wouldn’t take much to make this a top facility as it’s close to Heathrow and that’s its greatest asset. We did not get a garden room as garden basically doesn’t exist. A few tea bags, access to kitchen facilities would have tempered our experience. We won’t go back

The host was lovely ‘ hospitable.
A large pain of glass was completing missing from the window in my bedroom. There was a manky bit of cardboard wedged up in front of it, but it was not sealed & not secure - anyone could have broken into the room. Also it was essentially open to the elements & rendered the double glazing on the other widow useless in terms of noise reduction. As the room was directly under the flight path to Heathrow, this meant I was unable to sleep for the noise.
Further, I was woken at 4a,m, by the host’s mother shouting & banging loudly on the back door, demanding to be let in.
I feel for the host - he seemed to be working v hard, but the room was not fit to be let, due to a significant risk to safety - very disconcerting for a female, solo traveller.

Access to a kitchen (well stocked with kitchen wares) and clean lodging. Fan in the room, and close to departures at Heathrow.
The house is not marked well and I was left standing outside the door in pouring rain until the host opened the door while messaging through the Booking app. The address is actually 2 though the address is listed as 37. The Bolt driver had to wait while we sorted it out. Also our window wasn't working properly and wouldn't close. The biggest issue was the host trying to direct both my wife and I on separate occasions to use a particular taxi company to get to the airport. We both were told Uber wouldn't be able to pick us up there in the morning. I am well traveled and know to check locations and had actually checked Uber and Bolt the night before our stay to make sure cars are in the area at the time of day we traveled. Though I was fairly sure we were ok, it did leave a doubt hearing that from someone that lived in the area and made the night a lot less enjoyable. Sure enough there were at least 5 Bolt cars and 3 Ubers when we requested a ride . We used Uber and were at the airport within 7 minutes.

The kindest and generosity of these people has been So wonderful and I am very grateful. It is very clean and the the whole place very very tidy & more.I am pleased to be returning here on the last of my UK travels. They have given me the courage that I needed to venture forward. Thank you so much.I have not been to the UK for 36years. Karen from NZ.
Nothing to tell. All good.

The staff was extremely accommodating and considerate. I was arriving on a late flight and my cab driver 'had difficulty finding the location.' The owner personally came out to look for the taxi at this hour because he was expecting my arrival which was extremely appreciated. I consider that above and beyond what most facility hosts would be doing. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and home-like. Everything inside was charming and spotlessly clean and all of the hosts were friendly. I could not have asked for a nicer place to stay and amenities were provided so that I could feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. Many places that I have stayed in do not provide simple things like access to a complementary bottle of water or an invitation to use tea and coffee or prepare food in the kitchen. There were many small touches of this nature that made this an extremely comfortable place to stay. I highly recommend this as a wonderful place to spend an evening for a tired traveler. I also felt that everyone was just plain kind and patient. I'm neurodivergent and don't always communicate well. When I needed help for a taxi to return to the airport, there wasn't any question asked, that was immediately arranged for me by telephone. Everything was made easy for me,<3 because it is more difficult for me than most people to navigate unfamiliar environments.
I feel the manager should probably communicate directly to guests arriving after dark specifics of the facility location to avoid any confusion. It makes perfect sense once you've arrived, but Google maps makes it seem confusing.

The host was very friendly and the bedroom was clean and well furnished.
The area is very sketchy, the public transportation option is not convenient (underground+bus+10 min walking from the bus stop), the information on the listing was misleading: it was not clear from the description of the place that it's a room in four bedroom private apartment with only one bathroom to share between its seven or eight occupants.

It was located quite close to the airport. The room was as described and was good value for the area.
The location was in a questionable neighbourhood and the property owner was nice but awkward.

The host Joe was very nice & helpful. The room, bathroom & kitchen were clean.
The room was pretty small. It was on 1st floor, and one had to struggle to bring luggage through the narrow starecase. There are no attached bathrooms. Only common bathroom for 2 or possibly 3 rooms. The bathroom latch was defective, and it was brought to the notice of the host who promised to get it repaired .

Stylish room, convenient for the airport
I appreciated that the bedrooms had locks, but I would have liked the shared bathroom to have a working lock as well.

Joe was lovely and polite. The property overall was clean. Close to Heathrow and had street parking.
The boiler wasn’t working, so at times the rooms were cold.
