Close to tube on Picadilly Line and close to shops. Neighbour area quiet and felt safe for our family. Washing machine useful during our stay
Would benefit from comfier beds and new towels and furniture-sofas and kitchen seating well worn. Would be beneficial to have clothes line/drying facilities for clothes and towels

For a rental should be replaced

The bath towels are too wore out,the deposit iis not refunded proactively, and the landlord's attitude is rarely bad.

It has lots of space and it is a 12-minute walking distance to the metro (40 mins away from the city). Everything was very clean and comfortable for the 3 of us.
The host gives you the info minutes before entering the apartment. You need to pay a deposit of 150 pounds and then they give you the info. They were a bit rude when we contacted them by phone. No great customer service. You can hear the planes and there is too much light in one of the rooms (curtains are not enough). It was very hot and the fan in one room was old and noisy so I couldn't use it.

Cleanliness, renovated.
Grass in yard was at least 2 feet tall. Son was not able to play in the yard.

the house is just like the pictures and was clean, the walls need freshening up but nothing major
not enough cutlery for 4: the communication is very poor, it seems that this is reneted by an agency which doesn't care much about costumer service; all of the messages/ questions on booking messages stayed unreplied and we got generic copy-paste instructions and no answers to our questions; when on vacation stressing about will you have a place to sleep because the accommodation is not replying is not what one wants/ expects; the check in instructions were sent via booking after the deposit of 150£ was paid and we were in the metro to get there so just FYi for everyone that there is a deposit that needs to be paid via a bank transacion and was paid back to us a couple of days after we left

the property was lovely and in a really good location for public transport into London
there were quite a few marks on the walls which we took photos of to ensure these did not affect our deposit refund

clean tidy and spacious
some of the walls were scuffed and scraped but to be honest it was only cosmetic. it was clean and tidy which is more important.

the size of the room, kitchen is good, parking space
the beds sheets are not clean, especially the one with blue colour sheets, marks are all over the sheets. we end up use our own sleeping bag. The door is very hard to close and open.

Good location, easy to get to from Heathrow, easy 10 min walk to tube and 40 mins to city.
Nice apartment, clean (apart from one pan put away dirty) and plenty of space
a couple of kitchen essentials missing, like tea towel, grater, sharp knife for cutting meat etc missing but nothing that would ruin your day.
communication a little stressful, didn’t get access details til we were at the tube station walking to the house but all turned out ok.

great kitchen and space for all of us
The curtains/blinds didn’t fully close and we could have done with a large towel each for each of us but had to share.

Well located for Heathrow access
Well-equipped until you tried to use things. No guide. No model no. on washing machine to google the manual. Once we worked it out, drier didn't dry. Downstairs TV remote didn't work. No sugar to go with the (stale) coffee, no tea. Flimsy curtain let too much light into front bedroom.

Great location near tube station. Under the Heathrow landing path which we thought was great to watch the planes (close the doors and windows and you'd barely notice when the flights run). Great size property, modern kitchen and bathroom. Good size garden and patio.

Pretty modern and clean. Beds comfortable.
Given access code to someone elses house via key code. We were in a flat that wasn't ours for a while until we got in contact with renters to fix. Second issues were all minor, but annoying. Smoke alarms, living area had 3, only 1 connected and other 2 had loose wires hanging from roof. No dish towels to dry dishes. 1/2 a toilet roll for 4 guests. Back garden looks great in photo, hasn't been cut for months. Insufficient cutlery forb4 people to eat at the same time. Towels were a bit old and should be changed. Sofa was ripped and attempts to hide damage with pillows.

true to size, extremely homely, beautiful garden! would definitely recommend.
the signal and Wi-Fi wasn’t great, had to buy own tissue roll as was only left with a half roll

The bathroom was clean and spacious. The rooms were nice too. Parking space was good however on one of the nights someone parked in an obstructive way so we ended up parking off the street. They were very responsive and answered promptly when needed.
Downstairs it had a bad smell they should take good care of that and no heaters too which left it freezing cold. We avoided spending anytime there and kept ourselves to the rooms.
