The house was perfect and the location was great to get to Sequoia and Kings Cannon. The river was nice to sit and relax by and the house was clean and comfortable. Srey was a great host and very helpful with all the information leading up to our stay! We had a great time!!!

We’d definitely stay here again. The house is on the Keweah River and includes a covered patio on the river with easy entry for swimming. We went in every day. We had 3 bedrooms with 4 queen beds. The house is clean and bright. We played pool in the garage every evening following our day trips into Sequoia and Kings Canyon NPs. Restaurants are within a few miles in town. Spey, our host, was very responsive and helpful.

We rent houses all the time, and this was the most disappointing property we have ever experienced. The amount of delayed maintenance was overwhelming. From the horrible lighting, old stained bathrooms, lack of night stands, worn out towels and battered cabinets, no one in our party of 6 was comfortable. There is not a lamp in the house and the portable AC units were extremely loud in the two rooms they cooled, with big tubes taking up space on the bed and in the dark living room. I would never return to this property and was embarrassed to have my family/friends there having been the one that selected it.

This house was perfect for our family who isn’t really equipped to camp outdoors, but wanted to experience nature in the most comfortable way possible. Everything about the home was wonderful. The proximity to the food/ restaurants as well as to SQNP was perfection. We got to swim in the river and enjoy all of the amenities of the home. We will definitely be back next year.

Our family wanted to explore Sequoia National Forrest and we wanted to be by water. This home is 10 minutes from SNF entrance and has some really nice shops and restaurants nearby. The host is immediately responsive and kind and helpful. She also provided us with a very generous amount of information that helped inform our trip. I would stay at this property again. I would stay at any of her properties again. Couldn't ask for a better rental experience.

Owners reached out with lots of helpful information. House was clean and comfortable. Right in the river. We had a wonderful time visiting Sequoia!

Unfortunately we hit a heatwave and the ac was not able to keep up. I really wish they had ceiling fans as that would have made a huge difference. Srey was very helpful and felt very supported. Could not use the game room at all in the garage as it was too hot in there

We enjoyed our stay here, it is a good location close to the entrance to the national park, so easy to access. The owner was very helpful with recommendations and answering all our questions. The place has a few nice outdoor spaces for dining outside with a river view.

We stayed 2 nights with our family of 6. The house was the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in. The gazebo by the river was very nice. Our granddaughter got to play in the river some but this time of year the water levels are high and rapid with the spring runoff. There is a nice game room in the garage but one of the arcades didn't work. The host sent very helpful information beforehand so we knew where to shop for groceries. It was a very nice place.

We enjoyed our brief stay. Everything was as described and communication with the host was excellent. Sitting out by the river in the evenings was the best part! Definitely buy groceries before you get into Three Rivers to avoid way overpaying for a limited selection.

There is nothing spectacular about the house. It functions as needed and serves its purpose.
The back porch, on which you can see and hear the river, the river-side porch, on which you can get lost (in a good way) in the rush of the river, and the in-river accessible area (on a smooth rocky area, depending on the height of the river) is the reason to book this accommodation.
The host responded to all messages/questions/issues quickly.

This house was perfect for our family (6 adults) getaway. Conveniently located close to Three Rivers dining options and close to the Sequoia National Park entrance. The Kaweah River was rolling and it was very relaxing sitting in the gazebo watching and listening it go by. Srey was very responsive to any questions we had and provided us with a lot of helpful tips for enjoying the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this home was amazing! From the check in process to enjoying all the utilities to taking in nature, it was the perfect home for our weekend getaway! The home was clean, remodeled, and exactly like portrayed in the pictures online. Our host, Srey, was incredibly responsive when we would reach out and so kind. The location of the house was just perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and relaxed by the river in this beautiful home. We cannot wait to come back again over the summer! HIGHLY recommend!

Beautiful house in Three Rivers CA. It has all the amenities you need and you feel right at home from check in to check out. It is just outside Sequoia NP and an easy drive in for the day. Restaurants, coffee shops, and groceries within minutes of the house.Srey was one of the best hosts that we’ve ever had. He sent us information about the area a few weeks out which helped us plan our days. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
The wild turkeys that came to visit us the last morning was an added bonus.

The house was clean and updated. The riverfront location was amazing. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy - the kids loved the swing chairs. So close to everything in 3 rivers and not too far from all major retail chains in Visalia. Our favorite spots in Three Rivers were Three Rivers Brewing (which was kid friendly - they will even let you bring frozen yogurt from next door in for the kids to eat while you get a drink) and Ol Buckaroo for dinner. This house was a great base for exploring Sequoia and Kings Canyon.

I’d first like to say that Srey was an amazing host. From the time I booked, to the time I checked out, Srey was extremely helpful in providing resources and tips to making our trip one to be unforgettable! This house was conveniently located to local restaurants and Sequoia National Park. I highly recommend staying here and would book here instantly if I ever was in the area again…cheers!

The place was so cute and clean and in the perfect location right next to the river. We loved sitting in the gazebo, enjoying the sounds of the water rushing and watching the rafters float by. But the communication with Srey was what made it a five-star experience. Weeks before our trip, Srey was already sending recommendations about what to do and where to go while in Three Rivers. We never had to wait for a response if we had questions. Everything was top notch! Thank you Srey!

This place was lovely. Very roomy for our family of six to relax after a day at the park. Srey (host) was extremely helpful in communicating helpful tips & information and also took care of an a/c issue before we even knew about it! Great location near to the park as well.

First family trip is never too late and this river house was perfect. Our plan was to go to Sequoia National park but after being at the house, finally getting my kids under the same roof, we found ourselves just wanting to relax by the river. You felt very private at this house. The river was at it's best, which we did find out by locals wasn't the case recently in the past. Come support these wonderful people in this local town. So many close treasurers that we could just walk to over the bridge. Srey Vivo was an amazing host. On our first day the power went out and Srey was very helpful and gave us updates with an exact time the power would be back on. We would recommend this place to everyone. Next time we will be planning to River raft and see Sequoia, which is only like 17 minutes away from Ash entrance. Best mornings with a beautiful view of the river roaring and waving good morning to the river rafters as we walk down the stairs from the gazebo right into the river. Thank you Srey Vivo for letting us stay at this lil treasure. The Mendoza family

My family and I (kids ages 11-18) had a great stay. The house was super clean and the location on the river was beautiful. We spent a lot of time playing at the river’s edge - but you would have to be watchful with younger kids as it is fast flowing. Srey was very responsive all along, including with suggestions of places to buy groceries etc. I would very much recommend this home.

The house is very clean and beautifully decorated. It is newly renovated and comfortable. The picture is nice and the place is even nicer in person. All of us enjoy our stay here and will definitely return in future. The owners are very well communicated and helpful! Nicest people ever! Thank you for providing such a nice place.

Comfortable home with magnificent view. Game room had ping pong, pool table and 2 arcade games. Outside gazebo on river and nice covered porch. Near entrance to Seeouia and river rafting.

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was so fresh, clean and new. The house was centralized and close to everything you need. The host made great recommendations for rafting and hiking. The only thing i would change would be in the backroom there is a door in desperate need of blinds. When the sun comes up at 530, you will be up as well. Other than that one small change the place is perfect!!!
