Escape to Little Black Bear, a charming North Bruce retreat on a private 2-acre lot along the Great Lakes Waterfront Trail. This spacious bungalow offers stunning views, comfort, and privacy. Inside, enjoy a cozy fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, large living and dining areas, 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a dedicated work area with a treadmill. Perfect for a peaceful getaway, this cottage provides everything you need to relax and experience the best of cottage life.

The Spry Shore community is a wonderfully friendly community with plenty of water access points, nature trails and privacy with large estate lots.
Venture to nearby towns of Lion's Head to visit the Farmer's Market, sandy beach, marina and the Lion's Head Lookout Bruce Trail trailhead. A little further North you can visit the National Park, including the famous glacial formed 'Grotto', then relax in the quaint town of Tobermory where you can dine and shop.

This stunning 2,100 sq. ft. bungalow features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living space, fully equipped kitchen, garage and more.
Enjoy the ambient fireplace in the living room, or get some privacy in one of the spacious bedrooms, including a dedicated workspace.
The home is a four season home heated efficiently and has treated drinkable water.
A vehicle is required.
Airport pick-up from Tobermory or Wiarton International available upon request.

Great cottage and great spot fire sure. Very private and quite with large lot. The only thing I was looking was access to the shoreline besides the boat launch just down the road. Wasn’t sure if there was a spot closer to the cottage. Overall I highly recommend this location
