Full of fantastic amenities and surprising spaces, this home will delight discriminating guests of all ages. The adults will love the three sumptuous and serene king bedrooms (one a main-level master suite), and the younger set will flip for the sweet upstairs bedroom with its own little play space under the eaves. All the bedrooms have cable TV. An eye-popping game room in the garage will be a popular gathering spot: with a pool table, Atari arcade, foosball, refrigerator and bar set-up and TV, everyone can hang out and play. A media room with leather sofas and a 75” TV is the perfect place to watch the game or stream a movie. Prefer to relax? A relaxation room upstairs has a heated massage lounge chair and a rug on the floor for the kids to sprawl out and read.
The Craftsman-style main-level great room also has wonderful spaces to get together: a living room with a gas fireplace and TV, a formal dining room and an attractive, fully equipped kitchen. Quality finishes and furnishings, beautiful décor and hardwood floors make the space refreshing and comforting. A wrap-around deck gives you nice vantage points of the beautiful neighborhood, and a bubbling hot tub and a spring/fall firepit provide more outdoor fun.
