Calamiteux.

Accueilli par des portes en partie détruites, on hésite. Une chambre PMR dans laquelle on ne trouve même pas une chaise pour se dévêtir et une absence de chevets pour poser ses traitements de nuit: inacceptable. Un interrupteur de chauffage bloqué inutilisable et enfin une isolation phonique désastreuse qui m'a valu de suivre les ébats des clients au dessus jusqu'à 1h30.

A place good just for a short stop

An economic hotel, good just for a short trip. I liked the automatic check in and the room but the space is not so good, no many places for luggages and for clothes.

This place provided all that we needed for a short night stopover.

Very basic, small, no-frills, ensuite room. Fine for a one-night economical stay on our way to the Cévennes. Breakfast buffet copious and adequate. Easy automated check-in for arriving at 10 pm.

Tiny shower with skimpy curtain so the bathroom floor floods when you take a shower. Not a huge problem unless you had left clothes on the floor!

A very good stay and would stay again on the way to Toulouse or Albi.

The breakfast was super with plenty of choice. The breakfast room was exceptionally clean with tables made ready as soon as someone left. It was not very crowded at the weekend which suited us well. Easily reached from the N88 it was exactly on the route to Rodez or Toulouse depending on direction of travel.

Excellent deal for our requirements.

The hotel is in a business/industrial area and is fine with a good car and van park and for us just travelling through it was just right. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Maybe a sign at road level as we passed twice and missed it. Maybe because we are old!

Very good

The place is really nice and the staff is super friendly! The location is really good.

The room temperature was too hot even during this cold weather, we had to sleep with the window OPEN! There wasn't a way to turn off the AC heating system... even the room has an extra heater that we switch off!

Exceptional

Modern simple, nice. Close to the motorway and near beautiful town centre. Easy to locate. Will definitely use it again.

Check in only till 9pm.

I'm those types of guys who does not care a lot about fancyness of stay, but when you're traveling through Europe and arrive very tired you don't want to sleep in a super noisy room, which sounds like flowing water through the pipes. It also had super uncomfy bed, could not find a position where my body would be in straight line. And I'm not even mentioning room size or shower

Built for clients expecting budget accommodation

Air on effective and QUIET.

No toilet brush. If you were unfortunate enough to do a slider, anyone sharing the room would encounter it at their next visit.

For an international hotel chain, I believe that a bilingual reception worker should be mandatory.
