CERO RECOMENDABLE

Instalaciones pésimas, no arreglan la habitación, ni siquiera teníamos mantas para taparnos. La chica de la recepción está totalmente desinformada de todo, no sabe recomendarte nada, ni sitios para visitar ni restaurantes… El baño era horroroso, parecía un zulo. Horrible. Cero recomendable.

they tried to scam!

la posizione era accettabile

Avevo prenotato per 2 giorni differenti l'hotel, al primo soggiorno ho trovato la stanza non pulita, piena di capelli sul letto e il bagno piccolissimo e sporco. Ho quindi deciso di cancellare gratuitamente da booking la prenotazione per qualche giorno dopo come da mio diritto e lo staff dell' hotel mi ha scritto pretendendo che pagassi l intero soggiorno oltre che della notte trascorsa (che ho ovviamente pagato) anche del soggiorno che ho cancellato con una motivazione alquanto ridicola e imbarazzante per un frantendimento su whattsapp. Peroltre il pagamento elettronico all'arrivo non è fatto in maniera sicura tramite Pos ma viene utilizzato invece un link di pagamento di dubbia provenienza.

Nice location, but had a unpleasant stressful experience with the staff

Really well located, close to the center!

No card payments accepted, and when we tried to pay in cash, the receptionist had no change in euros or lek. We had to leave our ID and pay at checkout. At checkout, the other receptionist couldn't find our ID, making us wait over an hour. We had to leave and come back later after they let us know they found it. Unprofessional and stressful.

Schimmel!!, unfreundlicher Hotelmanager!!

Unser Aufenthalt war schnell vorbei!

Schimmel im Zimmer! Als wir das Personal darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben und auch mit dem Hotel Manager am Telefon gesprochen haben war dieser sehr unfreundlich. Das Schimmel Problem war ihm scheinbar bewusst aber er sah kein Problem darin. Da uns weder die kosten erstattet wurden, noch ein anderes Zimmer Angeboten wurde, verließen wir das Hotel wütend aber bestimmt unserer Gesundheit zum wohl.

Good for one night or two.

Location is great. Staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. Best regards to them.

I was there for a whole week and no one ever came to clean the room, change the towels or take the garbage out. Room is too dark, there is practically no windows (well they have them but blurred because they look at the hotels corridor).

La camera aveva odore di muffa..la coperta copriletto non aveva odore di pulito la stanza era piccola mancava un' armadio per poter appendere le giacche e il lavandino del bagno era piccolissimo..

Hôtel bien situé mais passable .

La gentillesse du personnel à l’accueil. La situation géographique.

Hôtel petit, chambre très petite , hyper bruyant. Les femmes de ménages ne respectent pas le sommeil de leurs hôtes . Elles parlent super fort à 7h du matin , rigolent . S’appellent en criant . Impossible de dormir correctement

Bene ma si potrebbe migliorare

Punto di forza della struttura indubbiamente la posizione a pochi minuti a piedi da piazza Scanderbeg. La struttura ha risposto appieno a quelle che erano le mie esigenze: posizione dal centro città, pulizia, bagno privato, riscaldamento, wi-fi. Materasso comodo, staff cortese e disponibile.

Con dei piccoli accorgimenti si potrebbero migliorare alcuni aspetti come ad esempio l inserimento di un armadio, essenziale per un soggiorno di più notti. La mia camera presentava varie crepe sui muri ed alcune macchie di muffa sopra la finestra. Tazza del gabinetto piuttosto scomoda in quanto adiacente al muro e al lavandino.

Staff very helpful, clean, convenient location, comfortable bed, modern, quiet

Bathroom needs hooks to hang towels as nowhere to dry towel, could do with a floor scraper also as no way to dry floor after shower. No mugs or spoons for kettle, room could do with full length mirror as no mirror near a socket to get ready. Courtyard room needs door buffer as people smoking in courtyard drifted into room due to hallway door being propped open 24/7.

Fine considering the price

Good value for money and perfect location and helpful reception staff.

there was a problem with my payment as in booking said it’s already paid and it’s non refundable booking once I arrived they said no you didn’t pay and I have to pay again. And poor electricity blackout every 10 minutes. As there’s no insulation i can hear everything while sleeping.

Extreem gehorig en gebrek aan de basis van wat je mag verwachten in een hotelkamer

De locatie was perfect. Het hotel lag op loopafstand van het centrum. Ook waren er rondom het hotel winkels en eetgelegenheden.

De kamer had geen raam, waardoor er geen frisse lucht de kamer in kwam. Ook werd de kamer vanaf de gang extreem verlicht wanneer er mensen langsliepen doordat er geen fatsoenlijk gordijn hing. Verder was het er extreem gehorig, we konden 's nachts zelfs horen dat het receptiepersoneel een film aan het kijken was. De kamer had geen kapstop, douchegordijn, toiletrolhouder, koelkast. Doordat de badkamer geen douchegordijn had werd alles nat wanneer je ging douchen. De kamer was niet schoon. Het ontbrak aan de basis van wat je mag verwachten in een hotel.

Bagno senza tenda protettiva. Lavabo quasi inesistente. Bollitore presente ma senza tazze/bicchieri. Fornitimi quelli di plastica sottile praticamente inutilizzabili per bevande calde. Un solo rotolo di c igienica già iniziato da altri.

Top Lage für den Preis

Die Lage ist einmalig für den Preis. Auch sind die Zimmer und der Eingangsbereich für die Preisklasse sehr modern.

Es gab zwar einen kleinen Tisch aber ein Stuhl dazu hat kaum Platz, auch haben die Zimmer recht wenig Tageslicht. Daher eher ungeeignet falls man etwas arbeiten möchte. Richtig ärgerlich ist, dass man den Vorhang nicht 100% blickdicht bekommt, ist es außen dunkel und innen hell, sieht man definitiv rein.

vacanta de recunoastere pentru ce va urma

Un apartament situat pe o strada linistita, accesibil din centrul orsului, cu multe magazine de tot felul pe linga el, spatios, luminos si curat. Toate camerele mari, bucataria foarte bine utilata si functionala, baia spatioasa, apa calda tot timpul.

sunt doar precizari in unul din dormitoare somiera a avut o problema, am rezolvat acest aspect pentru perioada cat am stat eu acolo, am sesizat celor ce se ocupa de locatie si urmeaza sa fie rezolvata.

Was okei, it surved the purpouse.

Good location, good value for the money, comfy matress.

Not that clean bathroom and floor, broken door handle of the bathroom (couldnt close the bathroom from the room because it could get stuck(room106)), some stains in the sheet. Didnt have a shelf. The room (or maybe the curtains) smelled like cigarettes. But i guess thats why was cheap, but good for the price overall 😊 Super small bathroom sink and shower.

Good price enraged room!

The location was perfect close to the city centre. The staff was very helpful.

The Room was fine, but it was very loud. When some one walks on the gallery you hear in the room his steps. It's verry annoying when you sleep and you hear in the middle of the night people talking or walking in the gallery.
