The woven wasn’t working. Hot water didn’t work for 5 days. Bad cleaning.Nobody answer phone or email and they didn’t care about.

So nice!!! Everything was cozy and clean!
Location was extremely hard to find. We had to go door to door to find someone to help us because the GPS location wasn’t showing us correctly. We were able to reach the property manager after 30 min of walking in the neighborhood. Manor Court was under construction and our Uber driver dropped us off at the top of the street. We would have had an easier time finding it if we were dropped off on the opposite side. Also the door on our unit was extremely hard to open. No complaints other than that.

Clean and well decorated Apartment.
The balcony was dirty when my parents checked-in. Then the wifi suddenly stopped working just after 4 days of arrival. It was an excruciating long stay without wifi, which also meant there was no TV since the property only had Netflix and no local TV channels. We couldn’t reach our parents on their phones and had to check in physically 3 times a day to make sure they were ok. We then got a local SIM card, but due to the structure of the building, the network service was bad. When the host eventually got In touch to let us know what the issue was, they only responded with an email to let us know about the wifi outrage in the area. After that day, no one from the property management company got in touch ever again to follow up or give any form update. Another email was sent to asked if there would be any compensation for the traumatising 6 days left of the booking and they said they were working on it and would get back. Unfortunately there has been a complete radio silence since the checked out. The host company never checked in during the stay let alone follow up. The wifi issue was never resolved when we left Still never heard back from them. We ended up checking out early as well as it was all just too much to handle for our elderly parents who didn’t want to go out much but to relax at their holiday apartment. The entrance leading up to main building entry way was always dirty and not well presented with big garbage bins. Many Delivery bikes for the restaurants next door parked around obstructing the driveway whenever we came by to visit.

location was amazing as the train station was close by.
Room were spacious. All utensils and appliances were provided in the kitchen. Easy procedures to check in and check out.
was a bit warm inside the room due to the glass ceilings. A fan was provided but an Air Conditioner is required as it becomes very warm during the day time or a blind or curtain for the glass ceiling.

Location fine for our purpose
Where do I start… we were there for work - it is not suitable for a holiday booking. We ended up with three ladies staying ( we were exhibiting at a garden show)- one double bed and one sofa bed. Although we requested , they would not add a third bed as they said the property slept three.
So we took a mattress as well which meant a dormitory in the living/ kitchen area with a huge roof light taking upmost of the ceiling space with rattling vertical blinds which did nothing for light exclusion or privacy. We needed to climb on to the furniture to open the high- up windows as the apartment was hot.
A modern concept design in which nobody slept.
The kitchen was inadequately supplied for cooking and no glasses - we do not go out for meals as prefer home cooking. To be fair, they purchased more glasses for us and more cooking utensils ( although duplications of the few already there).
No toilet rolls on arrival so had to buy our own although they were provided the next day.
No instructions for washing machine - we had to wash our towels as only one supplied per person for one week stay.
One tea towel provided for the week.
We had to let the landlords know that the outside bin area was full and over spilling, rubbish strewn over the area where animals, birds and rodents were feasting.
This was promptly cleared up by the next day.
I think commercial landlords who let properties in this way have absolutely no idea of who their guests are and are not really interested in providing a good comfortable or enjoyable experience, and end up supplying a minimalist, barely functional service.
Shame.

Very convenient position close to Kingston centre and Norbiton station, which allows fast connections to central London.
Everything is new in the flat.
Great cleaning standards!

The flat is a good size, very new and clean. It was close to the train station, restaurants and shopping. Fully equipped kitchen. Large shower and bath.
There is a large skylight and windows in the living room, and if it's a warm and sunny day the apartment gets very hot. There's only a fan and it's hard to open the windows very much. We left the front door open to get it to cool down, luckily there was a nice breeze in the evening to help cool it down. One of the doors to the overall properties lock was broken so anyone could gain access to the outside of the units if they wanted.

The apartment itself is very nice and convenient for public transport to London. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Clean and well equipped. Responsive management.
Unfortunately, the ceiling in the living space is partly glass. That's great for letting in light and no doubt good in winter, but was a huge problem in the hot summer 10 days I spent there. It was 36 degrees in the living room with no air-conditioning and no blind over the glass ceiling: it was like a greenhouse and impossible to be indoors. The local area is convenient in many ways but the immediate locality was very noisy and dirty: car repair workshop next door that opened early and used loud machinery, and the property adjoins the back of pizza delivery restaurants with bikes coming and going. With windows open in summer, this made sleep difficult. Pity that a great apartment is let down by the noisy neighbourhood. The photos show the road that you walk up to access the building.

The flat is very pleasant, a short walk into Kingston and the riverside. There are various buses running close by and it's very close to Norbiton train station with up to 8 trains an hour to/from London Waterloo. There are some nice pubs nearby as well as a range of supermarkets and small shops. Everything looks quite new. It's a good size for a couple or maybe a couple and a child (like us), and has skylights which make it a very bright flat! We were there in May and it was quite warm. The kitchen has enough to make simple meals, and there is space for 2-3 people to eat at the table. The SERCASA team was great, and incredibly responsive by text and email, which was really helpful as there were a couple of minor issues which were promptly resolved.
For the third person sleeping in the living room, the sofabed wasn't very comfortable, and the skylight doesn't have a blind. Curtains as well as blinds might be helpful for the flat at the front of the property to make it a bit cooler on sunny days.
