My sister and I stayed here for an extended weekend. The home is an older brick bungalow with tons of charm and character in a historic district on a quiet street. Although the neighborhood looks a little rundown it was still quiet and we felt safe. The home was very clean with the exception of the bathroom baseboards that need a good wipe down. The beds and pillows were very comfy and bed linens were nice. It’s in close proximity to restaurants and Beale St which I suggest going to. Many vegan restaurants in the area as well. We did have a few issues and the two main ones we brought to Adam’s attention in which he quickly responded to. The main one being the bathroom in the hallway never had hot water. My sister used that bathroom and said it was barely room temp after letting it run for ten minutes. The windows in the dinning room, the kitchen and the full length glass on the front door had/have no curtains or blinds which made us uncomfortable, again I brought that to Adam’s attention The ceiling fan on the back deck would never turn on. Not a big deal unless you sit out there in the afternoon. I would suggest more pots and pans for cooking and perhaps more bowls for storing leftovers. I would also suggest supplying more bath towels. We only had two actual bath towels each for 3 nights with several much smaller towels that were more like large hand towels, definitely not for drying off after a shower. With that being said it was still a nice stay.

This was our second trip to Memphis and we brought our Elvis-loving daughter and treated her to a great time! We chose this property because we thought she'd love the decor. We walked through and she said "This place is fantastic!" and we agree. Beautifully decorated, great price, great location, great communication with owner. Would gladly stay again!! Wonderful experience!!

Walking distance to several Restaurants and enjoyed exploring the sights, sounds and food on Beale Street. Don’t miss happy hour at the Kooky Canuck! From Graceland, Sun Records tour, and the Civil Rights museum it was a treasure of information. Biggest surprise was the Peabody Ducks and the history tour by the Duck Master - do not miss this one.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had a wedding at Bass Pro, it was very easy to get to. It was a great location, close to everything. I felt safe, which was important to me. Owner was easy to respond with and always answered promptly. Will stay again if we get back to the area.

This house is good for small groups and the location is good. It is approximately 10 minutes from downtown and is a short walk from the Cooper-Young district. The house is older but has been updated. It was too cold to sit outside but the backyard looked cool. There was only one downside and it was not the owner's fault. One of the neighbors has a dog which barks incessantly and that dog was let outside between 7-8 every day, so be sure to bring a sound machine to drown out the dog. Otherwise, it was a great stay!
