Good selection at breakfast plus Egg station
More continental than UK Style but I think a fried breakfast was available
Everything, beach restaurants etc was within 15 minutes walk. Very clean everywhere! Taxis were easy to get & cheap. Will definitely return to resort and this hotel
Air con was good & quiet
Tea! Was weak even with 3 tea bags. They need "English Breakfast" Tea from Twinings!
After over 50 years in computers with an overlapping 18 in construction, I had no idea how to work the room lights. Complete mystery! just pressed buttons and hoped.

Quiet and beautifully manicured gardens.
Sun beds for hire at the bottom of the pool, they were not required by us but didn’t seem to be in keeping with property’s customer service level.

The ambient is great. You get a tropical classy vibe. The staff are very helpful and friendly except the guy who make the omelette
The breakfast is fine but not 5 star worthy. And the staff on the omelette station are not friendly

beautiful property and the garden
Although it was indicated as a pet friendly hotel, stuff asked to keep our cat inside the pet carrier inside the room when we were not in the room!! This is outrageous and cruel to animal and is not Pet Friendly as it stated. They also made us sign a policy long with a long list of restrictions for pet: where he was not allowed. Although we asked not to clean the room every day, to avoid they are opening the room while we are not there slowing animal to run away they made us to pay a fee of 36€ per day for every day of our stay. So far it has been the highest hate, even considering 5 stars where usually, if it is pet friendly there are no additional charges for stay. They should’ve had specified they do not welcome cats in particular, we wouldn’t have came there.
The biggest downside of this hotel that there is no separate room for the bathroom, just a Matt glass door, but open the top for shower and the TOILET 🚽. We asked to change the room, but this was not possible. It was very disturbing for me and my husband’s privacy. Moreover, the bidet was broken and literally falling off the wall.

The hotel and grounds are beautiful and graceful. Evocative of another age when understated style meant everything.
It feels glamorous… You can pretend you’re in Beverly Hills.

the gardens are lovely, the staff are very attentive and helpful, especially reception , breakfast staff and cleaners
the massage was fab too
It was hard to get a dumbed round the pool, often towels were left on beds and clearly they were not being used, this was a bit frustrating as it was busy time of year, in the end we sat in the pretty gardens by our room which was fine as we didn’t have young children

Everything about the hotel and the personnel was amazing. The buildings and the garden are lovely and well maintained, the pools are pleasant and there is also a small playground, very much appreciated by our baby. The staff is amazing too, kind and very accomodating. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was very good too.
The hotel is located in a residential / party area, cca 10 minutes from the beaches and 15 mins walk from the marina.

food was good, grounds nice, staff lovely and helpful, room was very spacious, very good value for money, very central location
rooms could do with a little modernising,
lots of bird poo on balcony so couldn’t really use it- a roof or canopy would have helped

Lovely hotel with a tranquil setting but in the middle of Cala d’Or. Good food at the poolside bar and in keeping with rest of the hotel, excellent service. Junior suite is a good choice.
Air conditioning packed up for a couple of nights and communication about this could have been better. There was none. Once we asked then we were moved to a different block with air conditioning. Hotel could have been more proactive.

Lovely place to stay. Room, hotel areas, outside space, staff and standard of service all very very good
Very difficult to criticise anything. Perhaps slightly better pricing on drinks but really only a very minor issue
4.5 / 5.0
Great facilities, quiet environment, pleasant surroundings, very thoughtful staff.
