The house was great for our needs - we were in town for a conference and had a group of women and the house was the perfect solution!

House was nice and loved that you could tell it was an old house that had been updated nicely.

The house was in a good location and it is exactly as shown in the pictures. We had a good time.

Our group of 5 loved this historic house. It was nice that each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. The common areas in the house provided us with plenty of space. The house was very clean and taken care of.
We also liked the neighborhood and the ability to walk to different restaurants and bars.
Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful property and wonderful location. We were able to walk to Lucas Oil Stadium every day of our stay and any time of day without concern.
Loved the fenced in parking and the decorating of the home was elegant but cozy.
Had a couple of quirky things come up concerning the security system and the electrical in the kitchen but each item was handled quickly by the property owner who responded promptly and always spoke courteously.
Would definitely stay here again if in Indy.

This house served us well. Extended family in town for several days for my daughter’s wedding. We were all able to stay in the same house with plenty of space. Very clean and close to downtown venue.

First of all, the house was amazing with comfortable bedrooms and common areas, and a really great kitchen. It is well stocked and has most everything you would need. The house was extremely clean when we checked in, and our host was very responsive to any questions we had. The neighborhood is also excellent with a lot of restaurants, etc. nearby. We spent the week at Lucas Oil Stadium for the Olympic Team Trials for Swimming, and it was very walkable.

The house is actually better than described, as each bedroom has its own bathroom.

It was a wonderful weekend. The house was beautiful and so unique. The decor was amazing combining the old world look with a modern industrial flare. The bedrooms were all beautiful each with its own bathroom. There were a few things that I would mention mostly in the kitchen. There were no drying towels for the dishes. Or towels to wipe down the counters or table. Also some of the utensils/pans were old and worn looking. The sharp knives were meh and the can open should be replaced! Also when you have a house that sleeps 22 total but even just the 12 bed spaces there should be a coffee pot so you can arrive more people quickly. Also there wasn’t enough kuerig pods for two days Others than that that the two refrigerators were peefect

We stayed with our extended family and this was a perfect base for our Indy adventures. It's located fairly close to most of the things we wanted to see (childrens' museum, State museum, Newfields) as well as some really awesome local restaurants (Revolucion, Bosphorus).
The property is gorgeous with plenty of space for people to spread out. The steps to the top floor game space were a little scary for our littlest kids (under 6) but it became the clubhouse for the older kids and tweens while the littles hung out in the bunk room with the tent. There were plenty of games and books included with the rental which kept the kids entertained.
If you are traveling with small kids, do be aware that a lot of the property is geared toward adults/taller people, so consider bringing things like less breakable dinner wear and sippy cups. There is one stepstool in the kitchen for reaching the glass wear which was helpful.
The kitchen was well-stocked with serving and cooking items. Bathrooms had adequate towels, soap, and shampoo. Parking in the back lot was ample but street parking in front of the building was usually ample. The host was kind and quickly responsive to questions and requests.
Overall, a delightful stay in a beautiful property!

An amazing historical home with modern amenities and plenty of space. Each room has their own bathroom that was a needed bonus for our group. The linens were so nice most of us bought the same ones once we left.
Will definitely stay here again.

Property was well located. Multiple eating options close by. Walkable to Pacers, Colts and Convention Center. Parking was secure and fit 5 cars. Plenty of space for everyone. The only caution I would provide to future bookings is only one bedroom on the main floor. Not an issue with our family, but perhaps a consideration for others.

House was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Great area to walk to dining and coffee. The cameras were unsettling! At least they weren’t in the bedrooms as far as we could tell.

The place was great to stay in for a work trip. It was big enough and had plenty of bed space. The only issue I had with this property is that the listing did not mention that there are indoor cameras. They were EVERYWHERE. That was a little unsettling to walk into and I felt like it was an invasion of privacy. If I would have known before, it wouldn't have been an issue but walking into that was not what I had in mind. Please add that factor to your listing.

Amazing home! We had a full house of 22, half children/teens and the rest adults and we were so comfortable, plenty of space! The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds very comfortable and the sheets...the best I've ever slept on! We can't wait for the next time we have to be in Indianapolis, this will be our place!! Thanks again!
