Welcome to The Oasis, formerly known as Phoenix West II, Unit 1912! Relax in this 4-bedroom/4-bathroom, over 2,500 sq. ft. professionally decorated condo that overlooks both the Gulf State Park and the sugar sands of Orange Beach.

The first thing you'll notice in this (technically) north-facing unit are the floor-to-ceiling windows in the bonus living area that showcase the miles of white sand beach to the East. Featuring a large wall mounted flatscreen TV, this is the perfect location to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee or let the kids game the night away.

The large north-facing balcony overlooks the miles and miles of the Gulf State Park (and, yes, that is the lighted Ferris wheel at the Wharf you see in the distance). The lush greenery is a perfect complement to the coastal cottage decor.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The master bath features double sinks (including hair dryer), jacuzzi tub, stand-alone shower, and a large walk-in closet.

The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and 3rd bedroom with two Queen sized beds, there is a large wall mounted flatscreen TV in both and have their own adjoining bathroom with a single-sink (including hair dryer) and a combo bath/shower.

The 4th bedroom has two Queen sized beds and a large wall mounted flatscreen TV but does not have an adjoining bathroom. We also have a queen sofa sleeper in the living room and a queen sofa sleeper in the front sitting area for sleeping up to 16.

Unit is on the White Linen Program!

White linen program means all towels, sheets, bed quilts and pillow shams are washed every time at a commercial laundry care facility. All linens are washed in 150 degrees commercial washers with EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation.

Guests also enjoy the full bathroom off the main hallway (that includes a stand-alone shower and access to the full-sized washer and dryer).

The well-stocked kitchen has been upgraded to include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a wet bar / icemaker. A large dining table (w/seating for 8). as well as 4 bar stools provide plenty of seating options while dining. A wet-bar with a wine cooler and ice-maker will enhance any party. Beautiful tile throughout (no carpet). Plus the 60" HD flatscreen TV in the living area, satellite programming, and included high speed WiFi allow you to be as connected as you want to be.

Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.

The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.

For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!

NO SMOKING allowed inside or OUTSIDE the unit. No pets allowed.

Parking: You must purchase parking passes from the front desk upon arrival. Parking passes are $60 per vehicle (a one-time fee that covers your entire stay). Any 4-bedroom unit rented at Oasis guarantees the option to purchase up to two parking passes; the front desk will sell additional passes based upon availability (limited by occupancy of the complex) but, please, do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved all the space in this condo. The linens were wonderful and we appreciated having bags of linens for all the sofa beds and plenty of blankets. Although we didn’t have much of a beach view from the balcony, we enjoyed the view of the park, houses, lights at night and the frog sounds. The extra living space had a beautiful beach view and offered great sun rises. We loved that the kitchen was very well stocked with everything and more than we needed. We did not like that we were not able to put our own chairs on the left area of the beach in front of the rental chairs. It made the useable beach crowded. We had some difficulty turning into the gate since we couldn’t use the owner’s entrance when the other one was busy making it necessary to hold up traffic on the boulevard. We loved all the amenities and enjoyed our stay.

We were very comfortable and had myself, my husband , two sons and their wives , one daughter and her husband and six grandkids ranging in age from seven to 23. We had one issue with a leak in a bathroom and the manager responded quickly and had it fixed. Having a washer and drier and especially an ice maker really helped. The facility is great! The balcony was smaller than it appeared in the photos but proved to be adequate and facing the bay meant being in the shade most of the day. Lack of a pantry presented some storage issues but nothing that couldn't be handled. I would recommend this condo with no reservations.

We loved the extra large bedrooms and the family room! Kitchen was too small and cookware is needing replacement! But we each had a space for our things and enjoyed the quiet area!

Fully stocked kitchen, could see the bay & ocean. Elevators were fast. Plenty of chairs at pool & beach. Close to about everything there is to offer.

Great place for larger groups. This condo does not have en-suite bathrooms for all the bedrooms as previous condos we’ve rented, but people with the bedroom without the bathroom used the one the hall. Bring your own paper products like Tp and paper towels. Overlooks the lagoon and not the ocean, so if that’s a must, choose a different condo. The extra living room-ette was nice and place to play X-Box and not bother the others, and you could see the side of the gulf from that room. I brought an electric griddle, because from experience, even these bigger condos have typical pots and pans which take forever to make meals for large groups. Check in was a bit cumbersome because we arrived later, and the front desk was closed. The security guy helped us but we couldn’t get bands or parking passes that night, which resulted in “tickets” for our vehicles. If people can’t check in until after 5, a suggestion would be to leave those items in an envelope with the security guy - they already had my credit card on file so it wouldn’t be much more work on the condo’s end, but it would have saved us headaches. Overall though, elevators were timely, and the place was clean, so those issues were temporary and minor. Note: if you are running late, call and see if you can have items left for you: Parking passes/wristbands.

We were very happy with the condo, building, location and beach!! Plenty of room and area for everyone. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The only thing we felt would have been nice was an electric griddle because took longer to cook for large family in 2 skillets. Great to have washer and dryer in room. Plenty of bathrooms! Loved the beach area - just would have liked a few mare days of warmer weather…. Pool, hot tub was great. Didn’t know the splash pad was under construction. We definitely will think about coming here again!! Thank you

Pool chemicals were very off—indoor pool was murky and the chloramine smell burned eyes and nose when in the room.

The room had recently been remodeled and new furniture for both living rooms which was a plus. We like having 2 living room areas so different family member watched TV in the evenings in each area. We wished the view from the first living room had a balcony cause this was the view of the ocean. There was not a pantry to store groceries. We had to stack groceries on the counter so that meant we had less counter space when preparing meals.
