Built in 2014, the 3,500 sq. ft, home features soaring ceilings, large windows with views from every room, a dining area that seats 6, living room with a gas burning fireplace, breakfast nook and an upstairs media room. It has been beautifully designed and decorated with an eclectic mix of hill country elegant furnishings, accent pieces, Oriental rugs and original art. The kitchen is a gourmet cooks’ haven as it boasts a GE 4 burner stove, grill and griddle with double ovens, wine cooler, and a large 11’ island and granite counter tops. The kitchen adjoins the spacious family room with views to the pool area. Enjoy time with your guests in the spacious Grand Room with vaulted cathedral-style ceilings as the day begins to unfold around you. It's a perfect place for a fresh cup of coffee in the morning while the sunlight spills in from the large glass windows!
The beautiful Master suite looks out to the pool area and the valley beyond. It includes a king bed and a huge California walk-in closet. The large bathroom features an oversized tub, a double head shower and double vanities.
One guest bedroom is furnished with King bed and the other with a queen size bed, each with their own en suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a king bed. There are two twin beds upstairs in the large media room. There is a half bath adjacent to the living area that also serves as a cabana bath from the pool area.
The large sliding glass doors in the living room look out on the outdoor seating area with gas fireplace, flagstone patio, pool and gorgeous hilltop views. The outdoor furniture is beautiful as well as comfortable. The covered outdoor kitchen area with a cool breeze from the sleek fans, includes a gas grill, refrigerator and sink. It is perfect for dining outdoors or lounging while you sip on a glass of wine and chat about your day's experiences. Relax by the pool or cool off from the Texas heat, there's no place better than the private pool with shallow tanning ledges and built-in bench seating. After a day of exploring Wine Road 290 or the tasting rooms, beer gardens, shops, and restaurants on Main Street, what better way to end the day than relaxing in the hot tub under a gorgeous Texas sky. Enjoy sitting in the brand-new Master Spa 6-person hot tub, conveniently located on the master porch directly off the master bathroom. Or shower in the outdoor alfresco shower while enjoying 260-degree views of the vast Hill Country and unmatched sunsets.
