To say my boyfriend and I are infuriated would be an understatement. I called the hotel earlier on the day of our reservation to see if there was any way we could check in at 3pm instead of 4pm. The woman I spoke to assured us she would talk to the head of housekeeping to prioritize our room. Unfortunately, we were running late anyway and didn’t get to the hotel until 4:15pm. Reminder that checkin time was originally 4pm. We waited in lin for almost a half hour, as only one person was working at the front desk. The woman at the desk then informed us that our room was not ready and had not been cleaned. We informed her that we needed to get ready and leave the hotel by 5:15pm in order to make it to a wedding we were going to. We communicated this, and she directed us to get ready in the public bathroom. When we voiced our frustration that we would not make it back to the hotel before midnight, missing our check-in window, she said there was nothing that could be done. We responsibly showed up during check-in time, an hour before we needed to leave the hotel, and because our room was not ready, we got screwed out of our room for the night. Not only that, we had to get ready for a black tie wedding in a public bathroom in under 30 minutes. I will never be booking with this hotel again, and I will be sure to steer clear of Embassy Suites moving forward. We will be seeking a full refund.

It was amazing from the service to the amenities, The cook-to-order breakfast and happy hour were the highlights of the stay. The location was neutral offering equal distance to all locations. It was a little noisy above us one night but all in all it was a great stay with the customer service making up for that hiccup.

I really enjoyed my stay. My only complaint is the layout of the room. For sone odd reason they position a piece of furniture, which holds the safe, very close to the edge of the bed, This furniture piece is screwed to the wall. It leaves limited space to walk around the bed and i banged my shin so hard that i was bleeding!

Great hotel. Lots of dining options within walkable distance. Friendly staff. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is one of the best we’ve had in the US. Evening reception was a nice plus.

The hotel was having technical issues due to the Microsoft glitch. They pivoted-did everything manually and walked us to our room as they couldn’t make keys. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

Excellent location. Nice bar. Great room set up. The room floor was full of pet's hair. The pillows were not the most comfortable. I assume the hotel has a floor for guests with pets, I wonder why they put me on that floor. It was an okay stay.

Friendly and very hardworking staff. Location is convenient to shops, restaurants and greenbelt trail. All walkable. Gym and pool are really nice and the breakfast is made to order with a good selection. Downside is the paid parking and very little room to offload. Also, walls are thin when rooms have adjoining doors. Not a lot of close green space for dogs too, need to walk a bit to find some grass.

Excellent hotel, I have an issue with the way parking is handled, if you use valet you are expected to tip every drop off and pickup. If you use the texting to tip there’s a surcharge on top of the tip for using the service. There was also an additional $5 charge daily state manual tax, I don’t like surprises. Very nice hotel and staff.

This hotel is a MUST! Run don’t walk there! It was stunning, clean, new and beautiful. I will say I’ve stayed at 4 Hilton brands and y’all need better mattresses. That would be my suggestion honestly.

The location and the hotel are amazing! It's located in a town square, so it's very convenient to a variety of restaurants. There are outdoor games in the square...prime location. My only issue with my stay is that the room was not properly cleaned. The counters were not wiped down by housekeeping, so they were quite sticky. Since it was obvious that another guest had been there before me, it should have been clean; especially with Covid and overall cleanliness. I did call housekeeping and asked for some disinfectant; and they were very responsive. This is my third stay at this location and other than the one issue, I love it!

I travel a lot and I would say that this is the best staff I have come across in some time. Jenny at the bar, the front desk team, the valets- everyone was such a pleasure to deal with. I would give 50 stars if it were an option! Great team of people put together there. I am an HR Manager, so that is a rare find! The area is great to be able to walk everywhere in Halcyon as well.

I enjoyed my stay at the property. The breakfast was good. The room size was good. The indoor pool was good. The employees were friendly. If I had to complain about anything it would be the sink in my room was slow to drain and the hot water in the shower took about 2 minutes but it stayed hot throughout the entire family showers. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a great location. I really enjoyed the amenities and condition of the hotel. There was a sports tournament the weekend we were here. The parents went hard on Saturday night. The lobby looked like a frat house Sunday morning. The garabe cans were all over flowed with beer cans, wine bottles and food. There was garabe sitting out on the desk in the nool by the front door. This did get cleaned up after the breakfast rush. I was blown away it was not handled the night before by the overnight team.
