The property was fine for us and the owner was hospitable and allowed us to have two guests. There was coffee, laundry supplies, toiletries and some snacks left which was a nice touch. The property is in need of some sprucing up and interior painting and the pictures of the bedrooms are not exactly accurate which stated there were pullout couches which were the single wide pieces of foam that are a chair that folds out on the floor. The deck is nice but it overlooks a yard that needs work. There are not a lot of walkable restaurants and shopping places to go and walking to them is through some questionable neighborhoods. If you are looking for an affordable place after a cruise, this should work well though

Super cute home! It was perfect for our family’s vacation; large, comfy, and centrally located to so many fun places for Seattle adventures!

Location is about 20 minutes to downtown Seattle, but a very quiet neighborhood with tons of parks. Great local food options and host was extremely quick responding to any questions we had. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

The place was great, but I did have a couple of difficulties! A couple of things that I would like to note:
1. There were no kitchen knives available - my friends and I wanted to eat one cooked meal, but having no knife really hurt the process.
2. the lighting is really dim - it would have been nicer if the interior was brighter than the lights provided by the house.
3. The key check in was a bit difficult - we were very confused as to how to lock the house and had to contact the host to get separate keys because we locked ourselves out.
Other than these small problems, the stay was great and comfortable. Thank you Carl!

We had an Amazing time and stay in the home. The home was a perfect fit for our needs. The location was pretty much 20 minutes or so from all of our destinations. The home was very cozy and private. The neighborhood was very nice. There is a nice walking trail right across the street. The local laundry mat was good, get there early. Overall was very nice, Would stay again.
