Everything you could need and want in a cool loft-like historic spot.

I had such fun staying downtown (no hotels downtown, so a rare option). I was traveling for work, so super convenient to be central. The apartment was clean and cute... super charming and homey. Walking a block to yummy coffee each morning was a treat also. Loved this spot and hope to stay there again!

Very well appointed apartment in downtown Marshall. Great idea to restore older areas of downtown and make into usable living accommodations

Nice apartment, well stocked and very comfortable. Loved that we could watch Real Americas Voice on TV. Walked to town for a delicious dinner. Glenna was a very attentive host

Our stay here was wonderful! Right near the courthouse and downtown was the perfect location for us. The place was perfect! We loved it and hope to be able to book it again on our return later this summer.

My husband and I were looking for a get away not too far from home. This place was way more than expected. Short walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on the square.
Going during Christmas time is just an added bonus.
Beautiful relaxing place to stay!

Distinctive, charming old storefront converted with attention to detail and preservation. All the amenities you'd want/need; close to everything; easy parking; clean, quiet and comfortable. Very fast internet too for remote work. A new favorite spot for visits "home home".
About the only vague critique I could come up with is one of the toilets has a 1990s pressure-assist mechanism that wakes the whole place when flushed. But it's effective and water-conserving at least. :)

I absolutely love this rental. It is very comfortable and cozy and has every amenity you could possible ask for. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay feel like home. The location is perfect and minutes away from ETBU. There’s also great shops, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. This was my 3rd type renting this property and it absolutely won’t be the last.

We really loved our stay. This place has a lot of charm and character, and we just love old buildings that have been converted into living spaces. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals. The shower is a bit cozy and if you’re over 6’5” you may have some difficulty upstairs. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would define stay again.

Thank you for sharing your space. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and every comfort is covered. We loved the location downtown. We walked to Pazzeria by Pietros twice... big "shout out" to Casey (excellent waiter, host and tour guide).
My husband is now hooked on Youtube TV.
We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.
