About this house rental
Breath-taking panoramic sea views welcome you to the property. Nestled away in the garden you will have your own private access to your holiday home and a private section of garden to enjoy as well.
The Rattles is perfect for a family or friends getaway, sleeping up to 5 people. The property boasts amazing views and is very well equipped so you can make yourself at home and relax, unwind and take time out to enjoy the local area.
The Rattles is set up for living in. The kitchen is well equipped and there's a washing machine and tumble drier for you to use. The bathroom is modern and the whole place feels bright and spacious.
On ground level there is a king size bedroom with ocean views. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a futon set up, complete with skylight windows to watch the stars or look at the ocean from.
There is also a single bed upstairs, which on a mezzanine landing also has skylight windows above it.
A generously sized open plan lounge features large sliding doors across the front of the building, which open up onto your private balcony and offer uninterrupted sea views across to Lundy island on a clear day or across to Morte Point. At the end of the balcony is your own al fresco dining area with outdoor dining table, making it the perfect area to have dinner or enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sun go down.
We welcome well behaved pets. There is one allocated free car parking space which is off road and in our private car park.
Nearby Woolacombe beach is an award winning blue flag beach which is renowned for being a top holiday destination which is safe to swim at and very popular with surfers.
The property is also adjacent to nearby Morte Point which is part of the south west coast path and very popular with walkers. Don't be surprised to see seals basking on the rocks off the point on a sunny day!
There are plenty of restaurants and bars that are within walking distance of the property so allow yourself lots of time to relax and enjoy the local area. The building itself is located on a quiet hill and set back from the main village, so you can ensure your stay will be tranquil and relaxing. There is a free parking space available for one vehicle meaning you can leave the car and enjoy the area by foot if you prefer.

Well equipped and comfortable unit. Go for the amazing location and views. Easy access to coastal and beach walks, walk down to Grunta Beach when the tide is out. Easy to walk to and from Woollacombe. Really enjoyed our stay.
