These villas are beautiful and spacey
Would highly recommend

Location suits us, everything you need. Basement with pool table & jacuzzi a bonus.
Pool cleaner & maid most days.
Enjoy having our own space & pool.
This is our 3rd visit & we will return next Easter holiday's..
Issues with doors & safe not locking but was dealt with & rectified immediately.
Villa is spotlessly clean but dated. Some broken lamps & other fittings.
Bed in master bedroom awful!

it was more elevated than number 10 so a bit more privacy
the villas need doing up a bit. there was no radio or bbq as advertised. also we wasn’t informed the complex was mainly closed to due to the construction. this would have been nice to know as it was a ghost town.

The price was incredible, and was the key thing that made it a good deal. The pool table downstairs was a nice touch. Cleaning was routinely done. Location was decent and parking straight outside the villa was handy too
Similar to other villas in caleta, the outdoor space isn't huge. The place is certainly dated, with tiles missing here and there but weighed up against the price I couldn't complain.

Location simply because of the hill but taxis are easily ordered

The privacy of the pool and all staff friendly
8.0 / 10.0
The staff are very helpful and the villa was cleaned regularly. The pool was great and the kids loved the pool table/bar area in the basement. We enjoyed the sun loungers and sea view. We want to rent a larger villa next time and bring more family members! Great stay.
It was dated and could do with a revamp but all very clean and functional. For the price we booked at it's amazing.
There isn't a lot in the way of nightlife locally compared to other holiday destinations.

super location, not far to walk to Caleta and good views. Very clean.
it’s is soooo dated now. We first stayed here 10 years ago and nothing has been improved. Broken tables, warped doors and generally poorly invested in for the price we paid
5.0 / 10.0
the location , it was clean
very tatty and dated, poorly maintained , lots of things needed fixing and health and safety issues eg fuse box not covered and hidden behind picture , just one of the things that was poorly maintained

you had to come outside of your bedroom to get to bathroom. also the pool was freezing
8.0 / 10.0
The villa was an excellent size and far exceeded our needs for space. The downstairs poolroom was an added bonus for the kids.
The bedrooms were an impressive size, we stayed in a 3 bedroom villa which was made up of a double room and 2 twin rooms with 2 single beds in each room.
The living room was huge, with a good sized galley kitchen if you needed it, we upgraded to All Inclusive on check in. The kitchen had a cooker, full sized fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher.
The pool was a lovely size, just perfect for a family as has steps going into the pool and slopes to the deep end, a lot of villa pools are just deep meaning I confident swimming children can’t use them as well.
The staff at the Caleta Dorada Resort who the villas are through were amazing and friendly, be it the reception, animation team, bar, restaurant or cleaners. We had a few issues in the villa when we arrived and they were swiftly resolved. We also required the use of clean bedding a few times with a small child having some night time accidents and a bout of sickness, the cleaners were amazing at discreetly sorting the issue once we notified reception and left spare bedding, including waterproof sheets for any middle of the night accidents.
The main thing we didn’t like, that could easily be rectified by a small amount of work, is that the rooms have no internal connection. Access to every room is from the veranda that is open access to the pool. Each bedroom opens onto the veranda, as does the living room, the toilet and the stairwell to the pool room, toilet and outside shower downstairs. This means at night if you need the toilet you need to go outside to access the toilet. This also means should you have small children they need to leave their bedrooms to access the toilet, with access immediately to the pool. You then have the dilemma of if you lock small children into their rooms at night or leave the door unlocked, however there is access to the villas from the street only by a small half sized wooden gate, our one did not close properly, this means anyone could get into the unlocked rooms at night.
As mentioned at the start of this paragraph, this could so easily be resolved as there are concrete pillars that could be used to construct a corridor to connect the rooms where a door/full sized gate could be placed for access to the corridor. This would mean all doors could be left unlocked as the ‘external’ door/gate would be locked and then there would be no risk to children having unsupervised access to the pool. It would be excellent if this could be considered by the complex owners.
Saying this we are hoping to return next year as our children are at the age where an older one can be with a younger one so as to lock themselves in and listen to open the door if needed, plus the doors are all a little creaky to open so woke us each time too.

location
very dirty on arrival
the hot tub and jacuzzi did not work

ideal location, very quiet area.
6.0 / 10.0
The property is centrally located, has its own pool and games room
The property is very tired and needs to be updated. the pool is not heated so not usable if the weather is cold. the kitchen is very dated and the appliances are boarder line safe to use. There is a jacuzzi bath tub in the basement that looks like it should have been condemned years ago. the furniture in the property is vet old and dated and not very comfortable.

Spacious villa, very clean and comfortable, great location for hotel and local amenities. Cleaners were great in coming regularly to clean the villa and pool.
It was a bit of inconvenience to have to unlock your bedroom door in the night to then go to the toilet to unlock that door too due to them being exposed to the outdoor space

Very big, spacious, well equipped, good location.
