AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with infinity edge and splash pad; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions and playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: Relax in the grand, open-concept main living area, located on the 2nd floor, or enjoy the beachy-chic, first-floor den with its own flat-screen TV. A wall of windows and French doors stretches along the side of the magazine-worthy, primary living space, which opens to the balcony. A comfortable sofa and two pairs of club chairs provide ample seating, all dressed in cream or palm-print upholstery with more palm motifs and handsome black accents defining the space. A round dining table seats 8 in angular, black, wicker chairs for memorable meals together. The stylish, all-white kitchen surveys the well-put-together space over an island where guests can enjoy a meal at three bar-height chairs. A lovely powder room serves the space. The cozy, first-floor seating area is sheathed in palm-themed wallpaper with eclectic furnishings, abstract artwork, and handsome black accents setting the scene as you and your guests enter the home.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: You’ll have trouble choosing which suite to call yours! On the first floor, a king suite features a rattan-accented bed, while a nook houses twin bunk beds backed by an accent wall papered in more palms! Another downstairs king suite offers a soothing, neutral space with a private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
On the second floor, a primary, corner bedroom suite is surrounded by gorgeous drapes on large-scale windows. Enjoy a luxe king bed and a full-size sofa where you can read and relax. In this suite’s primary bath, enjoy the rain showerhead in the walk-in shower, where a lovely, tiled bench offers you a seat. On the third floor, select from two more king suites! One haven dressed in beachy blues features the king bed backed by a wall of windows but also includes a corner with built-in twin bunks and a private bath with designer tilework—a perfect space for a family to share. The fifth suite has a lovely king bed plus a full-length sofa and bath with another walk-in shower that feels spa-like.
GREAT FEATURES: Enjoy outdoor dining with a partial lake view from the balcony! Sway in a charming front porch swing, then step down a walkway that leads to the lakefront. A wooden boardwalk takes you to the community’s cabana-lined infinity pool. Inside, a mud room doubles as a laundry room with a handy, full-size refrigerator, and in the rear, you’ll appreciate generous parking on the wide driveway.
