It is close to a shopping center and restaurants in a minutes distance making it quite convenient

The place was clean and great amenities.

Bedding’s could use an upgrade. It was cold in the evenings and we were cold. Bring your own blankets I guess.

I would strongly recommend this place for long stay with family. Very friendly and responsive staff.

Good space! Easy to move around, close to different shopping malls. And it is a calm area with not very heavy traffic.

Just some small things, for example one of the doors in the apartment sounds terrible when open and closing.

The apartments are so beautiful, so spacious and very clean 100% I have stayed there twice and i could stay there again and again staffs are very helpful and respectful especially Ms Monde and the security guards are top trained very kind The location is best to none near everything u need. Good and peaceful residential

The location was very easy to find and close to many amenities. The host was very friendly and communication was seamless! Considering the fact that we checked in late, collection of the keys was straightforward. The apartment was in top top shape with a beautiful modern interior. Would definitely book these apartments.

I liked the fact the place is very accessible in the CBD and near social amenities.

I didn’t have breakfast but loved that the location is near Centro mall so easy to get food. The apartments are very clean and Wi-Fi is available. Decent with hot water available Well maintained surrounding and swimming pool area. Definitely can recommend the place to others. Was able to watch my favorite sport channels easily.

Disappointed ,expensive, far from what we can expect in terms of price. To avoid

The location of the flat is great and in located in safe area of Lusaka just 5 minutes by walk to reach the mall. The security is there 24/7. The appartement is well decorated with fournitures of good quality.

The balance strongly leans towards the negative side for several reasons: Considering the price, I would have expected something flawless, but I was deeply and unfortunately disappointed. The wifi was unusable, and my colleague and I had to request to change apartments (they are all the same in the complex). The connection worked for a few hours, then stopped in the evening and the next day. The air conditioning is not available in all the rooms, only in the living room and one of the bedrooms. The other two bedrooms do not have it, and in a hot country, this is unacceptable. I couldn't sleep; my room was like a sauna. There is an equipped kitchen, but the apartment has no chairs to sit on. Forget about cooking unless you want to eat standing up. We experienced a water cut-off in the kitchen, and to reactivate the flow, we had to perform a maneuver for the water supply, but no one told us. Another problem arose when we tried to take a shower; there was no hot water because the system had not been turned on at our arrival . In the bathroom, there was only one bath towel, and no more. I have never seen this in my life. The toilet tank continued to leak non-stop once we flushed it. We had put off the top of the tank system to stop the leak. And finally, the pool, which looks more like a pond. A thin layer of dust is clearly visible on the water. It's the dirtiest pool I've ever seen. The purification system wasn't working, and leaves were floating in the water. All around, the sight was disastrous, with rubble and other materials tarnishing the view around the pool. There were no lounge chairs to sit on, and nothing was provided for this purpose.
