Echt helemaal niks.

Nulla … tutto ok

The house itself it's nice. Location is ok nothing special.
I was traveling with a dog and the main reason why, I booked this stay it was the air-conditioning and location (away from the crowd of the city center).
The day we arrived, the Landlord notified us that the airco was not working due a leakage in one of the apartment in the building. Since it was red code (35 degrees temperature in Genoa) he decide to buy a portable airco (air-cooler style).
The House is approximately 60m2 and the portable airco was good for a 40m2 (that what he said).
The main room where we were sleeping didn't have a door so it was connected with the rest of the house.
Furthermore, the tube from the airco was connected to the window but the bottom part and top part of the window were not covered/closed so the hot air from the outside was coming to the inside.
Since the first hrs, I was in contact with booking.com to change location since inside it was way too hot, especially for my doggie. We are coming from Amsterdam and not use to this weather at all. They didn't find the solution and we had to stay for 1day and half in that Hell (1 night of 2 reimbursed)
Terrible experience

Arrived for the check in and the doorman didn't expected my arrival.
Didnt want to give me the key (of course) for lack of communication.
After 20 minutes we managed to contact the landlord and to go inside.
We never saw the owner of the house and there was no welcome or explanation of how everything work in the house or how to open the main door.
No explanation about the neighborhood.
Tv was not working or at least I didn't manage to turn it on and the airco was not working too

The room was more spacious than it looks on the photo’s. Kitchen has all necessary facilities, and so has the bathroom. Location was OK, at the beginning of Sampierdarena with excellent bus connections nearby. Host was very flexible with checking in and out. The room is what you could expect for the price and very reasonable.
Even though airconditioning was advertised, our room did not have any (only a fan but that’s very different from an A/C). The bathroom could have been a bit more neat and tidied up. The apartment is hard to find — it’s good to know that it’s located inside a tall pink building, and also the coordinates on the Booking.com website don’t match the actual location.

Great hosts and cozy apartment
Nothing

The owners had thought of everything for their guest's comfort, even down to spare batteries for the TV remote. The proximity to the port and old city area was great, and we enjoyed walking around there on the Sunday and visiting the Man Ray+Van Gogh exhibitions. The building and underground parking were great, just what we wanted.
Nothing, it was all a good experience.
