About this house rental
At the top of Salcombe within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants & lively waterfront, this lovely four-bedroom house sleeps up to 9 people and is ideal for family holidays by the sea.
Warm and welcoming with fresh interiors, guests are greeted by a good sized living room with a comfy L-shaped sofa & flat screen TV.
Also on the ground floor you'll enjoy a spacious brand new kitchen with all the mod cons including a large island with wine fridge. The dining table seats 9 with views through the bi-fold doors onto a balcony, perfect for al fresco dining. There’s also a useful WC on the ground floor off the kitchen.
Upstairs on the first floor, guests will find three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, plenty of storage & estuary views. The second bedroom offers a double bed, storage with countryside views & estuary glimpses. On this floor the modern family bathroom offers a bath with shower over & his & her sinks. The third bedroom has bunk beds incorporating a third pull out single bed & again good storage.
On the third floor you'll find the fourth bedroom with double bed & countryside views. Off this bedroom there's a further bathroom.

Salcombe is a historic fishing and sailing town that has become famous as a holiday destination because of its natural beauty and its local charm. Blessed with more beaches than you can visit in a week, a jaw-dropping estuary and magnificent walks along the South West Coast Path, it’s also filled with local traditions. For example, there’s the Town Regatta, excellent sailing opportunities, and Salcombe even has its own gin and ice cream factories. You can’t leave without sampling the town’s unparalleled clotted cream fudge, visiting the magnificent bakery and restaurants such as Captain Flint’s and The Winking Prawn (next to North Sands beach), which have practically become a rite of passage for visitors.
