On this level, you will find an alcove with a twin bed, the perfect setup for a family with a small child. You can also access a vestibule with a microwave, extra refrigerator, freezer, and counter space. This space is perfect for making drinks and snacks while entertaining on the roof-top deck. The second level offers a spacious open floor concept with brand new furnishings, a balcony, a kitchen with plenty of storage, two bedroom, and a full hall bathroom. On the ground level, you will find one car garage with beach equipment, a washer, a dryer, and a primary suite with brand-new bedding. Each bedroom is equipped with a SMART TV. Every detail is of the highest quality to evoke a relaxed upscale modern beach vibe.
LOCATION: Located on Rehoboth Avenue, Extended at the entrance to downtown Rehoboth Beach! Just a short walk or bike ride downtown. Just park and walk everywhere. Right around the corner is easy to access to the wonderful Junction and Breakwater Trail. Easy walk to the community park where the Farmer's Market occurs every Tuesday at 11 am. Less than two miles you will find the first of three sets of tax-free Tanger Outlets. Easy access to Gordons Pond State Park or bring your bikes for an adventurous bike ride along Junction & Breakwater Trail. A perfect choice for a great vacation!
PARKING: Off-street parking for three cars and overflow is available.

This was a beautiful rental, close to Rehoboth Beach and restaurants, but with subpar management.
The place itself is large, modern, and comfortable. There were 10 adult women who stayed there and we were comfortable. There were plenty of things in the kitchen to make breakfast and cook other meals. It was a 4 minute drive to the beach so super convenient in terms of location. Also, there were some beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels provided which was a nice touch.
However, we had a couple of issues that were taken care of but not right away. When we checked in, our air conditioning was not working and there were ants all over the kitchen and living room. I contacted Remax through email, voicemail and VRBO but did not hear anything until the following morning. Thankfully it was not a hot evening otherwise it would have been extremely uncomfortable. Also, we were able to find raid in the cabinets which we used ourselves.
The owner came the following day to spray for ants and fix the air conditioning. He was kind and helpful but the fact that it took so long to get ahold of anyone was frustrating. They should rethink their management company, in my opinion.
Also, linens were not provided which we knew in advance so we came prepared but I didn't love the idea of bringing our own sheets.
Overall, it is a nice, large, and modern rental. However, be aware that if there are issues it may take a while to have them taken care of.

9 of us stayed at this property with 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 11-17). Very modern inside and new.
Pros:
1) Very new and recently renovated. Pictures are very accurate and the family has plent of space to spread around.
2) Approximately 1.5 miles to the closest beach. One really need a bike or a car to get to the beaches.
3) It is close to a few coffee/bakery shops but you do have to cross the highway.
Cons:
1) The location is very loud as there is traffic all day / all night. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs or a white noise machine.
2) There were ants on the lowest floor and it got worse each day. I called Remax, the agency managing the rental, but could not get a live person with both tries. Left a message and no one got back to me.
3) The TV in the living room had a remote without batteries. we replaced the batteries but the TV does not connect to the wireless unless you have an Amazon account. Again, the managing agency was not helpful as this was also mentioned in the message.
4) No soap, toilet paper, shampoo or really anything - so come prepared. This is mentioned early on, but it is still inconvenient.
In summary, large modern property on a noisy road. I recommend the owner to get some guarantees from Remax to be more responsive and check the property.

This is a very spacious rental with lots of room for multiple couples or individuals. It’s a good location, just a short drive to main stretch of Rehoboth Beach. Would highly recommend!
