It’s a nice place but k real needs a deep cleaning. Couch needs replaced. Smell of urin on cushions and on pull out mattress. Floor needs a good mopping. Our feet were so black and had to wash them off before getting in bed.

This historic home was a great place for our family to stay while visiting New Orleans. Joe was quick to message and check to see if anything was needed.
The neighborhood is quiet and we would definitely stay here again if we were to visit New Orleans.

Loved the location, really close to the ferry, and lovely homes.

Our family traveled to New Orleans to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday. The location of the home was walking distance to the ferry which gave us easy access to canal st. It was also a short drive to stores, restaurants and lounges. Baracudas on the corner ids great for drinks and tacos 🌮 yummy! Cozies was a nice local lounge with great people, drinks and music. We had a minor issue of the ac cutting off by it was resolved in less than 24 hours by our timely host and his team. We truly enjoyed our stay in Algiers Point and will definitely visit N.O. again!

The rental was not the cleanest. The floor and furniture dirty and stained. Kitchen was not clean, cabinet hanging off hinges, ice maker and water in refrigerator not working. Very little hot water. Certainly not enough for 4 adults. Pillows were flat, towels cheap, sheets coarse. Not worth the money. Owner offered to switch us to a nearby unit but it would not work for us because of steep stairway entrance.

Great stay! Minor hiccups but nothing that would stop me from booking again with them! They were friendly and very tentative!

Our family lives in 4 different states. All 6 of us were able to meet up at this beautiful space. Plenty of bedrooms, quiet neighborhood, several restaurants within walking distance. We recommend Barracudas just a few doors down. There is even a park near by for any little or big kids.

We enjoyed our visit to New Orleans! This apartment was great & looks just like the pictures. It's roomy & includes basics. It's also within walking distance of great restaurants and the ferry. We had breakfast delivered by UberEats; there were lots of options in the area.
I only have a few suggestions:
-Maybe get a new sofa or have it professionally cleaned. There were a few stains & mild odor.
-The apartment was clean when we arrived but almost smelled like the floors had been cleaned with dirty water.
-Better communication with the host. You're told not to msg thru Vrbo because the host won't get it, but not given a phone # or email address. The host seemed nice & emailed daily(from a Vrbo email). I replied but don't know if my messages were received because each new email from the host never mentioned my previous email.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. This apartment was a great part of it 🙂

Property was clean quiet and relaxing. Was close to a little cantina, and close to the ferry. We really enjoyed our stay, and the owner was Accessible for any questions. We will definitely stay there again.

Although traveling for unforeseen circumstances, this cozy home provided safety and peacefulness. Property management was so nice and even gave us a little history behind the home. We love learning new things. Definitely would recommend this home to others. We look forward to returning in the future.

The host was so lovely and welcoming! There was an issue with the air conditioning but it was taken care of right away. The space is historic and beautiful. We needed to take a quick ferry in and out of the French Quarter but that added to the charm! Highly recommend.

The home was set up winderfully for a family or couples. There were four comfortable, lovely queen beds. It was a super cute property and neighborhood.
The barracuda restaurant was delicious, basically next door. The ferry was a few blocks away and easy to navigate to the quarter, just check the ferry schedule to know what time you should plan to return in the evening.
We encountered many kind and helpful neighbors.
Overall, a great experience and location.

We had a wonderful stay at this historical home. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet, and friendly. Parking on the street was nice and it was only a short pleasant walk to the ferry to take us to Jackson Square. The beds were very comfortable, the house was clean, and the host was very attentive and helpful with our questions.
