On the ground floor we find the games room, 3 more bedrooms and 1 complete bathroom with shower and bathtub, wc, double washbasin and bidet.
One of the bedrooms has a desk with a screen and keyboard, ideal for those who need to work online.
The second bedroom has a queen size double bed, wardrobe and access to a small private terrace.
The last bedroom has four single beds (ideal for children) and a wardrobe.
The whole house has wifi connection with fibre.
There is a private outdoor parking space as well.
The location of villa Flavia is very convenient. It is located in a very quiet residential area, has a private entrance and enjoys total privacy. This ECO villa is equipped with solar or photovoltaic panels and solar thermal.
In 15/20 minutes walking distance you can reach Playa Flamingo with its golden sand and crystal clear sea, the avenue of Playa Blanca with bars, restaurants and small supermarkets.
A baby cot is provided free of charge on request.
Bed linen and a set of towels are provided for each guest. Linen and towels are changed once a week.
Extra cleaning can be done during the stay but will be charged extra.
There is an extra charge for pool heating and air conditioning.
