About this villa rental
Beautifully finished to a very high standard with its own private heated swimming pool and pool table in a peaceful location. 15 mins walk from the town centre of Playa Blanca where you’ll find all shops bars and restaurants. The master bedroom, which has french doors out onto the terrace and pool area has a kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes with safe. It also has a ensuite with walk in shower and coin operated air conditioning unit. Bedroom 2 has a kingsize bed fitted wardrobes and French doors into the swimming terrace and swimming pool. Bedroom 3 has a double bed with wardrobes, ( bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom with a bath and shower) bedroom 4 has a Superkingsize bed with ensuite and patio doors onto the swimming pool. Bedroom 5 has a Superkingsize bed with ensuite and aircon coin operated and patio doors into the back of the house where th bbq area is.
The lounge is furnished beautifully with a lovely relaxing feel, with 2 leather sofas and 50'' TV with English channels.The lounge also has a coin operated aircon unit. The dining room has a table that seats 8 and french doors opening out to the pool area.
The fully fitted kitchen has all you will need for a stress free holiday including a dishwasher. The utility room has a large capacity washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The tranquil feel is continued outside with a built in bbq and a large table that seats 12 at the back of the property there is also outside dining at the front of the property over looking the heated pool.

WOW, the villa was all we hoped it would be, everything was as said on this booking site. Beautiful villa, clean and close to amenities. Communication with the host, Karen, was always prompt throughout and helpful. Transfer company recommend was prompt each way. We had a delay getting there but didn’t need to worry that we missed the supermarket as Karen’s Management Team, Richard and Sue very kindly left us a welcome pack of basic supplies. A most unexpected but lovely gesture which was much appreciated. A fantastic time was had by all the family. We were a family of 7 adults, 1 teenager and 4 children under 3. Would highly recommend this villa.

Villa Samantha Elizabeth was perfect in so many ways. Met every criteria that was advertised and backed up by Karen the host. All questions were answered in a speedy manner and access details very straight forward.
The villa itself is outstanding with all the facilities you would ever need and maintained to a very high standard.Add in the swimming pool, spacious garden and pool table and you have the lot.
The location of the villa from the airport & Playa Blanca is excellent. Recommend using the local taxis as so reliable and cheap.
Ate out every night as the restaurants and bars are great and reasonably priced.
Would recommend 100% and look forward to a return visit.

The villa was lovely - it is an ideal place for a relaxing and quiet holiday . The villa is beautiful with a pool and large area outside. This is secluded and quiet. Kitchen had everything you needed. Lounge area large and great for evenings chilling or watching some tv! Karen was a great host - great at communicating and friendly . Swimming pool was cleaned during the week which was good. Villa is about a mile walk from the beach which was fine for us as we walked and ran! Overall a lovely holiday - we would definitely stay here again .

Absolutely brilliant stay in an amazing villa! Spotlessly clean with all you’d need for a relaxing holiday. Plenty of room for everyone bedrooms were great, comfy beds and big bathrooms showers were hot and powerful, kitchen had all you’d need with plenty of utensils the pool was great, warm and big enough for the inflatables to relax on and plenty of beds to lounge on. Location was so quiet and private with playa Blanca 25/30 minute walk away. Karen was a great host always responded quickly and with information requested. Highly recommend a stay here you won’t be disappointed

We stayed from 21-28 December as 2 families with children from age 8-15yrs. Karen was quick to reply to any messages, checked we had got in ok and that our stay was going ok. The villa, well it was outstanding, lots of kitchen utensils so you never ran out, pool area was clean tidy, the beds were huge! The pool table was a bonus. I can't think of anything terrible about the property, it was on a quiet street about 20min walk to Playa Flamingo or Playa Blanca or a €5 taxi ride! I'd definitely book again! Thank you, Karen 😁

We were a large group with a lot of kids. The house was perfect with the 5 bedrooms and the living room. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the barbecue. We also liked the proximity to everything, you just need to have a car.

Overall a great experience. We highly recommend the house to anyone planning to go to Lanzarote.

We booked this villa requiring, as advertised and confirmed, a 4 bedroom villa for my adult family.
However, we were so surprised to find the master/ fourth bedroom and ensuite bathroom locked. We found it so difficult to get a reply from Karen, the host, and had to get Vrbo to do so. When we finally spoke to her, already over an hour after check in, she said that because we were a party of 6 we were only entitled to 3 bedrooms and would require a further payment for the fourth bedroom. She tried to claim that this was in the listing/contract!!!!This is completely incorrect and thankfully Vrbo backed this up and spoke to her directly. She was unable to see this complaint from our point of view as a family on holiday and was rude and aggressive. Because of her obstinance and greed, one of our party had to sleep on the sofa for the first night until the fourth, master bedroom was then opened. This is completely unacceptable and ruined our arrival. Vrbo offered to re-accommodate us but we decided to stay rather than ruin more of our holiday. It's such a shame about the hosting because the villa, a little tired in places, was what we needed and once the property booked was made available was a good size.

Perfect Villa
This was our second visit and we're already looking forward to visiting again! The villa is immaculately clean, extremely spacious and very private. The location is fantastic, quiet & peaceful area but only a few minutes drive to Marina Rubicon / lots of shops & restaurants. Communication with Sue, the villa manager, was easy and very helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa.

Excellent villa
The villa is beautifully decorated, very spacious and outdoor seating area lovely to spend your day. The heated pool is a bonus. The owner very quick to respond to any queries. Would definitely recommend this villa and would hope to return next year.

Spacious villa with wonderful pool and outdoor area
Villa Samantha Elizabeth is on a large plot with a lovely, private outdoor area and a fantastic, heated swimming pool. Our party of four had use of two of the bedrooms which were both en suite and had excellent showers with plenty of hot water. The lounge and dining room are spacious and modern, as is the fitted kitchen. The villa is located on a quiet street with parking directly outside and you can walk to the sea front in 15 minutes, where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. There were a few minor niggles with the villa, like blinds not working properly, a couple of missing light bulbs and a poor tv reception, but these did not greatly detract from our most enjoyable holiday in this lovely villa, they just resulted in an overall 4* rating instead of 5.

Great location
Great location snd lively villa, but a bit surprised that I didn't have access to the full villa. Four bed and bath and whilst I only needed two would have preferred to be given a location choice if rooms were unavailable. Couple of small household issues but dealt with very quickly.

Perfection personified
We had 10 perfect days in Villa Samantha Elizabeth. We arrived early due to airline problems but this wasn’t an issue for Sally and Dave who were wholly professional and lovely people.
This is the 3rd villa we have stayed in at Playa Blanca but Samantha Elizabeth is best located. Only 15 minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The villa is decorated to a high standard and was spotless throughout. The pool is lovely and we spent many hours lounging in it and next to it.
Our stay was perfect, we didn’t want to leave. Would love to stay again. I have no hesitation in recommending this property. You will not be dissapointed.

Spacious villa
I stayed here with my sister, my son and his partner and 3 teenagers (3 generations)
What a lovely villa, spacious and clean, except the bbq. We felt is was not suitable for use. The bedrooms were airy and the beds were very comfortable. Quiet location within walking distance of main plaza where there was an abundance of shops and places to eat and Nice beaches.. Taxis a little on the expensive side, but there were lots of local buses and the main bus station is within walking distance. The heated swimming pool was a definite plus, we all loved it.

Wonderfull Villa
We had the most wonderful holiday here with our family of 8 . Everything we could have wished for. The pool was heated so that made a big difference to us as we had our 3 granddaughters with us. We all went out every night to eat and would ring for taxis who would be there within minutes very efficient. Wished we'd gone for 2 weeks now. Owners very accommodating our flight over landed at 11.40 and had asked if we could have access earlier to the villa which was not a problem and girls were in the pool by 1pm. Wonderful holiday.

The Villa lived up to all our expectations and was exactly as shown in the photographs..
Pool was great and warm, Beds were comfortable, showers efficient and enough crockery and pots and pans to be able to cater for 8 on the occasions when we wanted to eat in. Loved the BBQ and enclosed dining area.

Stayed in this brilliant villa over new year. Was stunning, massive heated pool, everything needed was there, villa nice and clean , all rooms massive. Only 15 minute walk to bars, restaurants and supermarkets, honestly couldn't fault anything about villa. Big thanks to Sally and Dave hopefully see you very soon

Lovely villa - relaxing break
The villa is extremely comfortable and very well equipped. Location a 20 min walk to beach front resort but it’s an easy walk. Excellent communication with hosts and a welcome pack which was much appreciated. Would highly recommend. Thanks for a great holiday.

Superb villa
Absolutely loved villa Samantha Elizabeth.We were a group of 4couples and there was plenty of room and privacy for us.
As it states the villa is very private and has everything you need.The walk down into playa Blanca takes about 20 minutes and there are plenty of taxis for when you want to go back at about 4euros👍
The only thing was no air conditioning except in the main sitting room and one of the bedrooms.There were fans in each of the bedrooms that were a god send to us as it was very hot🌞
The communication from Karen and Sally was excellent and I would not hesitate to book in the future.

Beautiful immaculate villa with all facilities needed
Just returned home after a wonderful stay in this modern & clean villa.
It had everything you needed for a perfect get away & the welcome pack was handy when we arrived.
Well maintained, brilliantly stocked, stylish decor & comfortable beds. Lots of living space so we weren’t on top of each other & loved the 2 outside entertaining areas.
The villa was perfect for our family of 8 adults & 2 babies & they loved the Astro turf to roll around on.
It seems as though every little detail has been well thought out proving this to be a home from home.
Any help we needed or any concerns were dealt with so quickly & we were looked after so well, even helping us to get to a local doctor.
Could not recommend this villa enough & I honestly could not moan about a single thing.

Excellent quality Villa
Having just returned from our 10 day stay at Villa Samantha Elizabeth, I can stay without any hesitation that it lived up to our expectations. The villa is finished and furnished to a very high standard from the electrical equipment, toaster, kettle, television, to the linens, cushions, and outdoor furniture.
The booking procedure and subsequent interaction with Sally & Dave was seamless, which made our holiday experience stress free and more enjoyable.
The villa is laid out in such a way that it lends itself to a sense of living as one, whilst retaining as sense of privacy when needed, even in a party of 8 which we were.
For us, the outside living space, in which we spent the majority of our time, was exceptional. From the pool and the grassed area that surrounded it to the outdoor eating area and the comfortable chairs.
Set in a peaceful location, with the beach, town, and all its amenities a comfortable walking distance away.
We would happily recommend this villa to friends and family, and without doubt be looking to return in the future.

Playa Blanca is a nice area to stay in Lanzarote. The villa was clean and luxurious. The booking of the villa went smoothly from start to finish. We would stay here again when we visit Lanzarote in the future.

Lovely villa.
We stayed here with our daughter and grand-daughters. We have no complaints about the villa as it was clean and had everything we needed. Nice quiet area so if you are looking to relax this is the place. It would have been better if it was nearer to the center, however at 3.50 euros for a taxi you cannot complain. We walked down and got a taxi back. We can definitely recommend this villa.

Holiday with friends
This villa is one on the best villas we have stayed in over the last 5 years. The beds are very comfy and was nice for each of us 3 guys to have a double bed each and not who's in a single beds. The villa is big and bright and just a 20 min walk from the big supermarket although there is a small one nearer. The astro turf is a great idea around the pool. A real home from home and will Deffo be back in the future. Caroline is very help full and easy to contact. All in all we had a great holiday

Lovely Villa
From first booking this villa to the day we left communication was great. Due to a flight cancellation we arrived a day later than planned but Caroline had made sure that everything was ready for when we arrived and had turned the lights on ready so we weren’t looking for switches in the dark. She even telephoned to make sure we were ok when our plane had arrived and told us to ring if we had any problems finding the villa.
A lovely welcome pack was waiting so if you don’t get a chance to do some shopping first there’s provisions for a drink and bite to eat.
The villa didn’t disappoint as it is tastefully decorated/furnished with plenty of space and well equipped. There are also games and books for your use.
The only minor negative is the TV channels freezing.
Overall a beautiful villa to stay, not overlooked and well maintained that I would be happy to recommend.

Stunning villa, great location
This villa is in a good location, in a quiet spot, very central in Playa Blanca a little back from promenade but still near enough to walk to or grab a taxi.
The villa is spacious and modern and immaculately clean with everything you need.
Caroline who manages the property was on hand and dropped by to check all was ok and on the minor issues we did have she resolved quickly. A big thanks.
By experience, Villas of this standard are hard to find. It ticked all the boxes and more and we will be sure to return.
