You’ll find two clean and fully stocked bathrooms in this home. Both showers carry dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Note these bathrooms are newly renovated and each have a shower there is no bathtub.

The home has two main living spaces. The upstairs living room features a sofa with comfy pillows, comfortable accent chairs, coffee table and 55” Roku Tv.

Get Cozy, watch your favorite show or movie on the 65” Roku TV The downstairs living room features a large sofa with comfy pillows and blankets.

★ ★ KITCHEN – DINING – LAUNDRY★ ★

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully stocked kitchen. The modern kitchen features granite countertops, vented stainless steel hood, modern stainless-steel appliances, including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and FlexBrew coffee maker with coffee & tea options included for every guest. Tea-Pot, chemex Pour over, French Press available.

There are an assortment of spices, and a host of cooking utensils and gadgets. If we don’t have a specific tool in the kitchen, let us know and we will add it to the list.

We have a cozy dining table. Can accommodate 8 guests. Whether you want to open your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner, or just want to take things easy, the space gives you everything that you need.

The home is equipped with modern laundry machines (washer & dryer). You will have access to detergent pods, dryer sheets, and iron with an accompanying board.

The entire space plus amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home and consider our house your home base for the duration of your stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the house in Arvada. It was close to lots of stuff, but it was also in a quiet neighborhood. The house was fully stocked with anything you might need. There were lots of clean towels, so we didn’t have to spend our vacation washing towels all the time. There were 4 bedrooms, 3 of those had king beds. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful home to stay at for our family vacation.

The house in Arvada was close to Denver, close to common points of interest. The rooms were clean and comfortable. WiFi was solid. Kitchen appliances all worked with no issues. Would gladly stay there again. Thanks!

My family, including my husband, two young children and my in laws had a perfect stay at Stephen’s Newman House. The location made it easy to get everywhere on our itinerary from Rocky Mountain National park, Georgetown, to downtown Denver and Empower Field. The house was clean, had all the amenities we desired and we especially loved watching our kids play in the fenced-in backyard during the evenings. Also, having a pack and play for our youngest was much appreciated. I would recommend this house and host to anyone!

We had a girls bucket list concert that we went to at Red Rocks and the Newman house was the perfect spot for our stay! It is such a quiet neighborhood and the King beds were awesome. Form but comfortable. Very clean and it felt like home. I would highly recommend staying here.

Stephen's property was perfect for the employees who stayed for a training to attend in the area. The location was great, the house was well cared for and so inviting, and the guys said it had everything they could have wanted. We had a wonderful time and this house was perfect for our family. It was very clean, well laid out, fully stocked of all necessities, and a great location. Everything to ensure our satisfaction was thought of! Stephen was a great host and gave us pointers on going back and forth to the airport, places to eat, etc. We will be back!! What a cozy, comfortable, quaint space. Our family met up this year from all over the country. With 5 adults there was ample space and a layout conducive to private space for some down time. My family loved having the space to hang out and play games and watch TV for a day or so. It was like having everyone home again. Kitchen was well equipped. Backyard was nice for some fresh air. Beds were comfortable and linens ample. Parking easy and accessible. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Our stay in Arvada was wonderful. We had a group of 6 and there was more than enough room for everyone. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. Stephen was a great host and responded to all of our inquiries in a timely manor. We definitely recommend this host and property.

Wonderful place to stay. The downstairs living area is perfect for families with young children. Communication with the property manager was quick and helpful. Thoughtful details can be seen around the house making the stay cozy and comfy for out of town guest.

The house is very clean and organized. The beds where comfortable. The house was big enough for the 5 of us to have our own space. The house is close to Boulder Golden and nearby tons of great restaurants and shopping. We love Co and loved staying at this property.

We had planned a group 50th birthday party with long-time friends, four of us in total. We each had our own bedroom and bed and we slept like queens in king-sized beds! We loved having this location as our home base for all our activities. We used the kitchen and it was well stocked with all the cooking things we needed. The home looked beautiful, felt clean and was our perfect home away from home. We would definitely come back! It was fun for four of us, but four couples would easily be accommodated here. Highly recommend this location and host. He was accommodating when one of our activities was rescheduled (and we were so grateful). We were in communication and he was willing to offer help.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this property and I cannot praise our experience enough. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even picked up and delivered a birthday cake for us. The house was very cute and clean and fully stocked. The big back yard was the perfect location for morning coffee and brunch. The neighborhood was very quiet and it was a quick drive into Olde Town Arvada which was a super cute area with lots of food and drink options.

We had a great time. The house was very well done with updates. It was extremely comfortable and hospitable with all the right touches. Make up towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap etc. Located within 20-30 min of red rock’s amphitheater made it an ideal location to stay when in town for a concert. The owner is very responsive!

My family and I (ages 20-80) spent the weekend and the house was perfect for us. We found the house to be very well stocked with all of the amenities and supplies of home. The backyard was large with a nice table and chairs and privacy fence to gather outside and enjoy the weather. In short, the Newman House was absolutely perfect for us.

Steve went above and beyond to welcome us into the most relaxing beautiful and clean air b&b. It was by far the most comfortable stay we have ever had.
