LOCATION - Drive up to your island getaway located just a 5 minute walk to the beach and enter via the easy keyless lock for a seamless check in. Step inside and be greeted with elegant, sun-filled rooms styled and designed with your comfort in mind. This two-story beach townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, balcony, living room, kitchen, and dining room.

LIVING ROOM: Relax in the living space with a large plush sectional sofa and a comfy rattan bamboo loveseat under a fun grass art wall with neon sign. Watch all your favorite shows on the wall mounted oversized 75" 4K LED TV and sound bar with Cable, Netflix & Chromecast – the ultimate in entertainment!

DINING/KITCHEN: Cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in the full kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge/freezer, stove, oven, Keurig, blender, milkshake maker, coffeemaker, toaster, cooking utensils, silverware, pots, pans, olive oil, seasonings, plates/glassware, and an outdoor charcoal grill for the dogs & burgers. Eat together at the dining table set for 8 with additional chairs and foldable tables for bigger groups. And if you don’t feel like cooking, you're just minutes away from dozens of great restaurants, coffee shops and cafes serving up delicious island cuisine

BEACH: To make your stay more enjoyable, we provide a complementary starter set of beach supplies in our deck box: 4 beach towels, beach tent, beach wagon, drink cooler, 4 boogey boards, assorted beach sand toys, kite, bluetooth speaker, football and 4 beach chairs. You can pack the wagon and walk to the beach in 5 minutes! If you'd rather drive & park on the beach, grab a beach parking pass ($12) from a gas station minutes away.

(Please note we make a best effort to provide all of the above listed items/quantities, but occasionally items get lost/broken between guests.).

POOL: Head back for a dip in the inviting community pool (heated in winter, temperature is lukewarm), then fire up the BBQ for a delicious dinner for the family.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Any guests under 25 must have legal parent or guardian with them. Photo ID may be required.

GUEST POLICY: You will provide names of guests on your booking (over 18 years of age). No one other than those listed on the booking are allowed on the property. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $150 per person per night. We reserve the right to evict & terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the number of guests on your reservation.

TOWELS & LINENS - Our white towels and linens are NOT to be removed from property for any reason nor for make-up removal. Please bring your own make-up remover. We do provide complimentary colorful beach towels for use on the beach. Please ensure the beach towels make it back to property. Any linens/towels rendered damaged or missing due to make-up removal or negligence will incur $30 charge per item.

ESSENTIALS & TOILETRIES - we provide a STARTER set for guests : trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. We do not provide extra essentials. If you predict you will need more, guests are encouraged to bring or purchase extra essentials.

LATE CHECK-OUT: We offer a late checkout at 12PM for $50 (based on availability). Check-out times are FIRM and any overstay past checkout time will be charged $75 per hour.

PROPERTY CONDITION - Our properties are cleaned and inspected before your arrival. However, if the unit is not to your satisfaction, please report to us within 2 hours of arrival. If we do not hear from you, we will take it as confirmation that everything is satisfactory. Our cleaning staff is local and will be able to come out to help if anything is missed. We take photos after each cleaning to ensure cleanliness.

NOISE POLICY: No loud music after 10 PM - any complaints from neighbors or police visitation will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of property with no refund for rest of duration of stay.

PET POLICY: No Pets Allowed - $500 fee charge if any evidence of animal presence found.

LARGE GATHERINGS: No parties or large events. We reserve the right to evict & terminate your stay, without refund, if you exceed the number of guest on your reservation.

SMOKING: No Smoking and/or Drugs - This is a non-smoking property. $500 fee charge will be added if smoke odor is present in the home.

PARKING: 2 vehicles in assigned parking spaces. Additional vehicles will need to park in overflow parking on the street. Do not park in unassigned parking spot, HOA towing is enforced.

CHECK-IN: Check-In Time is best approximate; housekeeping will make best effort to be ready by 4pm, but there is no guarantee. Please be considerate, we're on an island.

GUIDE: We offer our guests a guide for recommendations of restaurants and activities.

PROPERTY USE:
- Electronics/indoor furniture: please do not modify, disconnect or relocate.
-Trash: please dispose into property large dumpster
-Plumbing: Food/grease: dispose of grease in trash bin, not sink.
-Toilet: only flush toilet paper. Please avoid bulky amount.
-BBQ Grill: must be attended. Clean grill grates after use and cover / put away after cooled. No other fires allowed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $500 security deposit pre-authorization hold will be made during your stay for incidental damages. This means the amount will be withheld from your payment source, but not charged. The pre-authorization will occur during your stay and will automatically be released a couple of days after your stay. Guest will be responsible for any damages to the rental property caused by the Guest or their party.

LONG-TERM STAYS - Long-term stays available in January and February. Please inquire for SPECIAL price. Stays greater than 30 days require a background check, signed lease agreement, $500 security deposit, and mandatory mid-stay cleaning. Max occupancy of 4.

This property was absolutely perfect!! It was the perfect location- there is a walking path to the beach or a super short golf cart ride/drive. The host was amazing with impeccable communication both ahead of time as well as checking in throughout our stay. They had so many great extras that really enhanced our experience- boogie boards for the kids, a speaker, milkshake machine, full spice cupboard, beach chairs, etc. The room with bunk beds and a pull out mattress was also so perfect for a kids room! I cannot recommend this property more! We will definitely be back!

Would definitely rent this place again! Loved the beach please sign! Completely stocked with everything needed. Host was excellent with communication! Bed cots were easy access and so easy to open up and lay out. Very comfortable as well! Great stay over all!😊

Beautiful place with all you need for cooking including oils and spices (more than your average place, so thank you!) and plenty of pans and Pyrex. Clean! Easy walk to beach unless you’re toting big coolers in which case it a minute drive right to water. Host was super efficient. I’d be happy to rebook!

The property is fantastic I’ve stayed in this complex before and it’s a favorite of mine. The location is superb and the beach is right around the corner. This townhome was very well thought out and the attention to detail a delight. Plenty of room and very clean. Seamless check in and checkout was great. Definitely will be back

This property was perfect for what we needed. They had everything to go to beach (chairs, sun tent, toys, and wagon) that saved us from having to pack everything. The kitchet was fully stocked with spices and utensils. Milk shake machine was a nice touch! The heated pool was a life saver for the weather we had.
