Loved this hotel. Staff and Facility wonderful. Rooms were clean and everything was new. Super quiet and lovely balcony. Location is convenient to metro

Beautiful hotel where they have truly invested in incredible interior design and comfort. Includes a great pool, sauna and small gym as well.
It’s such a shame they didn’t extend the rooms out further into the courtyard to create larger rooms. They are absolutely tiny. They also don’t include a fridge which was very odd as I’ve never not had a fridge in a hotel.
All the team members were very friendly and helpful.
Lots of great restaurants and cafes close by, along with easy walks to multiple train stations.

Amazing stay, beautiful & cozy home for 3 days!

This was a very nice hotel. It was very near the metro which I used quite a bit. The front desk staff are very helpful in giving me directions to where I needed to go. I only did the breakfast once, but it was very good I wish there were a few more boulangerie in the neighborhood. I was solo and not particularly comfortable walking around the neighborhoods at night. I think it would’ve been fine, Had I not been alone..

Attractive, modern boutique style hotel nestled a bit far from the usual sights but not uncomfortable to get to. It is near two metros - about 5-8 minute walks. Not many food options nearby but is nearby a pharmacy option.
The room itself is quite small, and I selected the balcony option. Essentially no closet space. No luggage holder, except for a bench.
Also, the AC is moderated by the hotel staff but I think this might be a European thing.
The staff was very kind and accommodating.
Two people is the maximum I’d recommend for the superior balcony as there is hardly much room.
The water station on each floor was nice. It provides a sparkling option too.

The hotel is amazing, and matches the beautiful pictures. The staff was great and the amenities super comfortable.
Strongly recommend.

Receptionist asked to pay for a significant deposit for a pre-paid room with no minibar. Don’t appreciate that. Otherwise the hotel is beautiful and the spa is very nice.

Bloom House is a gem only a few blocks walk from Gare du Nord train station in Paris. One block off Lafayette. We just overnighted before a flight out but enjoyed it.

Stayed for a few days for work, this hotel was great! Close to everything, shops, bars, major train stations but in a quiet street.
The spa is incredible.
It will become my go-to hotel when I am in Paris!

Beautiful gem of a spa & hotel. This will be our go-to for the few Paris visits. Lots of fab touches such as refillable water bottles in each room and refill points on each floor. It’s got a hoxton-y vibe in the hotel, but with a lovely pool and excellent sauna in the basement. We didn’t eat at the in the hotel, as there are a great choice of amazing independent, local restaurants around the canal neighbourhood. Much recommended, we will be back x

The hotel was nice, the service was nice but the comfort of the beds and pillows was lacking. There were 3 of us staying in 2 separate rooms. We all had trouble sleeping due to the pillows and beds. We did ask for more pillows to make up for the lack of pillow comfort and they accommodated by bringing us more. However, it didn’t help much. Overall, the property was nice and clean and as advertised

The hotel was pleasant and calm, with a modern design and friendly staff. However, since the rating on hotels.com was so high, we expected more overall. The pool area was messy the first day we used it, with no clean towels available and dirty floors. The breakfast is not particularly inspired or wellmade, especially when price is 22€ pp. Also, the hotel boasts being environmentally friendly but it feels a bit like a trend they just picked up, and there was nothing tangible to back that claim more than things being made of wood. Still, I could stay there again since it was a good getaway after a day in Paris.

The hotel staff was great but there was no dinner service in August. Had we known we would have stayed somewhere else. My daughter loved the spa.

Great hotel. Ideally located 10 minute walk from Gare Du Nord. Rooms are well appointed and nicely decorated. Staff were all great. We stayed for 4 nights over the Olympics and rebooked back in on our return to Paris. Lower ground floor spa and pool area is gorgeous, open til 10pm and a welcome from days spent pounding the pavements seeing the sights. Would highly recommend. One thing for the management team; extra pillows required on the beds.

Its a nice hotel just the room is a bit small but really lovely hotel and i recommend

Lovely hotel, the pictures do match in person. Great pool and gym, front desk always seemed pleasant and helpful. Immediate surrounding area is average, food options not the greatest but not terrible. Convenient walks to multiple train/subway stations - including a major hub. One of the train lines may feel uncomfortable walking to/from late at night, so do due diligence when planning.

We were there for one night and it was a great stay. The front of house were exceptional. Our only wish was that we could have stayed another day or two. We will be back.
4.8
Helpful, polite staff were excellent but shower was quite mouldy in places. Found a large drawing pin on floor of room which could have been a disaster if we'd stood on it as we walked every where. We got the impression it was used to hold up some of the room decorations which were incredibly tastfully done. Except for that the place is a credit to its staff and owners. Just demould the tile joints in shower and try not to have sharp objects on the floor please.

We stayed at Bloom House while in Paris for the Olympics. For people arriving by Eurostar/ train to Gare du Nord, the hotel is very conveniently a 10-minute walk from the station. Once based at the hotel, it is then conveniently located for many metro stations as well as Gare de l’Est. We were able to move around Paris very easily. All of the food we had downstairs in the courtyard was delicious. The pool was lovely, and we enjoyed our room. The room was very quiet and suitably equipped. When we needed anything else (like a wine bottle opener), reception downstairs was quick to support. The only negative of our stay was a 6:30am fire alarm but I expect that wasn’t under the control of the hotel and they deal with it reasonably well. I recommend the hotel to others.

Pool/spa closed for renovation, and restaurant closed, - but rooms were great. Got a connected familyroom on 6th floor with views of the Eiffel Tower (far away, but still), and balconies. Excellent breakfast, but expensive. (We got the breakfast included, as the pool/spa was closed). Loved the interior style. My daughter forgot her earrings in the room. The hotel never replied to my two emails regarding this. Not happy about that.

Hotel is stunning! Bespoke experience… exquisite decor and setting…

Lovely hotel, the family rooms are nx to each other but in 2 separate rooms, lovely pool and nice bar/restaurant area. Bar food not great though but nice service. Station area didn’t feel safe but gard du Nord is very convenient especially for travel to Stade de France/rugby

Great value

Extremely clean! Fantastic design! It makes a small room feel very spacious, modern, clever, and enjoyable to stay, even for a family of three. I’ve been stayed in many small hotel rooms in central locations, by far this is the best one - not only it has all the advantages of being in the central of a city, but also its interior design and cleanness and facilities makes it an exceptional property to stay! The highlight of our Paris Olympics trip, not the soaking wet opening ceremony 😭

Very comfortable, great condition and super clean. Easy check in, nice spa and in a good location. Not to much to report! Really simple, little on the small side but its Paris :)
4.8
It’s a smallish boutique hotel but they use their internal space well so it’s a lot more spacious than you would expect with an indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym. The rooms are a bit tight and quaint but the staff are very pleasant and helpful
4.8
Delightful hotel. Location is reasonable, not really central but very close to a metro station and the big train stations, and an hours walk from Notre Dame. Rooms quite small as if the norm in Paris, but really clean, great decor and vibe throughout the hotel and really helpful staff. The jewel was the Spa and Pool-great wind down time after hours of walking through Paris. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend.

We enjoyed the bar and the cocktails and just feeling like we were in a little haven in the middle of a city

Love the design of the hotel- very cute ! It’s rare to find a hotel with a pool in Paris , the pool area was nice , water was warm with water jets. Good for relaxing.
Room is on a small side but it is ok for 2 people. The hotel smells amazing

Stayed for one night at Bloom during a stopever in Paris.
The place was comfortable and clean with accommodating staff. The building is pretty brand new and has a lot of detail everywhere you look. It is a charming space.
The location is solid if you are arriving and departing in a short time frame from the train stations nearby.
Otherwise there are other locations in Paris which would be preferable.
My stay was during a period when they had the Spa area closed for renovations. As a result the staff included complementary breakfast which was as much as you can expect from a buffet style hotel breakfast.
The main reason for the 4/5 rating is the closure of the Spa.
Staff and room were wonderful. Would recommend for a quick stop in Paris via the train stations.

Loved the hotel and the room but especially the courtyard super nice atmosphere
