Acogedor y bien limpio a pesar de no contar con servicio de comida

En verdad a pesar de no tiene servicio de cafetería o restaurante para lo que necesitábamos estuvo excelente te teníamos a nuestra niña en una intervención… el precio está más o menos creo q un poco alto.

Que no tuviera una cafetería o pues Tito a vendiera algo

Niente una struttura terribile dentro un ospedale

Tutto è un hotel improponibile per Booking dovreste togliere questo hotel dalla lista , non è un hotel sono delle stanze dentro un ospedale cardiovascolare. Vergogna !!!!

The price was nice for double beds. Beds were very comfortable.

Its located in an hospital. The only entrance is in an alley in the back in between a large parking garage; which was had to find due to its all connected to the hospital and no one seemed to know it even existed we we asked for directions. It had rained and the room smelt like mildew. The bottom of the shower curtain was dirty, and the drain was full of red long hair.

Great spot. Quiet and staff were friendly and accommodating.

Location was great. Close to things in old San Juan but away from the hussle and bussle. Supermarket and Walgreens close by.

I wish there were mini fridges and microwaves. At times the ice machine wasn’t working so made it hard to keep things cold.

I arrived after an hour and a half drive to be told that the hotel was at capacity and that Booking had made a mistake and that there was nothing they could do. The not nice employee said the only room available was missing panels on the roof. Very bad experience

The room and towels had a wet and humid smell. Parking was far and had to pay out of my pocket for the parking space.

Exceptional

Couldn’t speak more highly about a hotel experience. Last minute booking at 2:30am and they didn’t hesitate to accommodate me. Room was extremely clean with a great Air conditioning setup. Had 3 different experiences with 3 different front desk employees and all were extremely helpful and positive ones. Will definitely be staying here in the near future!
