About this house rental
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene property. Located in the peaceful and pretty area of Baffins. Newly refurbished - this house has everything you could need for a luxurious and hassle free stay. Enjoy one of three spacious bedrooms, the large living room with feature fireplace and stunning open plan kitchen-diner, opening onto the large deck and beautiful garden. The renovation has been designed to modernise the property while retaining a number of beautiful period features.
The property is a spacious 1930's period house with two large doubles and one single bedroom, a characterful hallway, large separate living room and a modern kitchen-diner opening onto a large deck and west facing rear garden. There is a full family bathroom upstairs and a downstairs WC and utility room accessed from the rear deck.
The kitchen comes quipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal and the property comes with a welcome gift of essential items.
A dedicated work from home area is provided upstairs set up with desk and office chair.
There is a handy washing machine in the utility room and clothes airer provided.
Bed linen, towels and toiletries are also provided with the property for your convenience.
There is a fast wifi connection and a smart TV in the living room which you can connect to your Netflix or other accounts
Guests will have full access to the house, garden and the storage shed throughout their stay.
The property offers a self check in procedure with lockbox, we will be available via message or phone for emergencies.
The property is located in the heart of the Baffins neighbourhood, a peaceful area close to the centre of town with cafes, shops, pubs and the beautiful Baffins pond and park.
Also a short walk from the sea shore at Langstone Harbour and green spaces of Milton common.
Easily accessible via bus, taxi, car or walking to all areas of the city and the amenities of Southsea, Gunwharf Quays and the Historic dockyard.
The property is centrally located, close to bus stops and a 20 minute walk from Fratton train station providing direct trains to Portsmouth Harbour, London Waterloo and many other regional destinations. Free on street parking is available locally, the property is a short drive from all of the local attractions of Portsmouth, Southsea, Gunwharf Quays and the Historic dockyard.
If you're driving the property is just off the Eastern Road running into Portsmouth and there is free on steet parking throughout the area.
For your safety this property is protected by Minut sensors, Minut monitors temperature, motion, occupancy and noise in short-term rentals, keeping guests safe and comfortable while respecting their privacy.
We have a great relationship with our neighbours and out of respect we ask that noise is kept to normal levels at all times. We do not allow parties, events or unauthorised guests into the property and reserve the right to terminate any stay if excessive noise levels are reported.
