About this house rental

Find your own piece of paradise in this cozy Connecticut Beach House. Located just outside of downtown New Haven, this home has everything you, your friends and family need to enjoy your get away. Our house has a master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a full bed, and a queen pull out couch located in the finished basement. All beds including the pullout couch have memory foam mattress pads. The kitchen has a 4-person dining table, and the formal dining room table fits 6 people. There is a total of 1.5 baths a full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs. There are two living areas a formal living room and a cozy den area. The house has access to a private beach that is a six-minute walk from the house that you are welcome to enjoy. Access to the beach is via a fenced walkway to the right of the houses lining the private beach.The fenced in back yard includes a large deck and outdoor dining area. The basement includes a half bath, couch, and TV. Additionally, before booking we like to inform gueststhe house is located near Tweed airport and takeoffs and landings can be noisy throughout the day.We love sharing our space with travelers and we hope to provide you an amazing stay!
Please note we have two cameras on the property. One camera is at the front entrance showing the front door and driveway. The second is at the back of the house showing the deck and backyard. Cameras are in place for the guest's safety and the safety of our home please do not tamper with the cameras.

We rented this to be close to our daughters wedding venue and it couldn't have been more perfect. This place is not only decorated so nice, it was immaculate and all the amenities you needed. The house was exactly as described! We enjoyed walks on the beach, in the neighborhood, and at pardee seawall park. Yale was a short drive away and we spent a lot of time in the art gallery! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

We enjoyed staying at the house. The property was as described. If you are bothered by loud noises or bright bedrooms, you may need earplugs or an eye mask for sleeping. Beds were reasonably comfortable and it was a very smooth check-in process. The house is exactly as pictured, and the walk to the beach is convenient. We enjoyed several restaurants in the area.

This house was perfect- bright and clean. We stayed for our Godson's graduation from Yale and it worked out great. Cute little neighborhood. Host was excellent - very responsive and helpful. Highly Recommend

Our trip was for a graduation at Quinnipiac University. We were able to be close by and have all the comforts of home. Upon arrival we were pleasantly pleased on how great everything was. Clean, decorated tastefully and inviting. We had our dog with us and the back yard being fenced in was great. There was information for all that was near. We drove a few miles to the lobster shack and had a wonderful meal. Thank you for letting us stay at your little slice of heaven:)

Let’s start this off by saying they have a private beach that’s just a 6min walk from the house 🏖️ A fenced in backyard if you want to bring your pups along with you , also the owners were very gracious enough for me to throw my engagement get together with family so I couldn’t be anymore thankful for them! Thanks again for letting us stay in this wonderful home!!
