there was a cockroach in the sink when I arrived. I did not see any others during my stay. The staff was kind enough to get me another pillow to use under my legs as I have back problems. Overall the stay was 9 out of 10. I would recommend to others

Highly recommend! Great location in Orange Park, close to highway+ felt fresh + new + safe (well lighted parking, professional + responsive staff). Rooms + common areas were clean + recently painted. Beds were comfortable + appliances (microwave, full size refrigerator, cook top stove were clean + looked new. Staff went out of their way to help make stay comfortable + felt like family within a day. Thanks again Willy + Keith (maybe we will meet your brother Kevin next time)! Would definitely go out of my way to stay here again! Kevin

Beds were hard a rocks , plus cockroaches and half a roll of toilet paper . Never will stay again . Someone knocked on my door twice in the night time scary when your a woman traveling alone .

We had to stay only due to no power from the hurricane, I booked room and when we got there, we were told no rooms were available. I had already paid for it ahead of time. Eventually they got us into a room. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The walls are paper thin. Between the room above us stomping and the room beside us partying and hitting the wall, we didn’t get much sleep.

Staff needs to be extremely educated on how to be respectful even if they feel the guest is uneducated in the rules of the establishment. If you are not going to refund unused paid in full nights. Then it should be made aware through all communication with who the establishment has allowed to sell and represent said establishment.

There were multiple hairs (noticeably from multiple people) on the bed sheets, and all of the towels. The floor mat was the cleanest linen in the room. If cleanliness was improved, then the booking price would be much more justifiable.

The property is nice and clean. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are nice and clean. I can’t say anything negative about my stay. Everything was Positive and good. The service was great and the overall stay was great. The only thing I would change is the quality of the pillows in the room. They were super thin. I was not expecting this, had I known I would have brought extra pillows of my own. Not a bad stay. It was a quiet, clean, and safe place to lay my head at for a weekend while I visited family. I traveled as a solo young female and felt safe and secure in this hotel. In a nice area with a mall right up the road.

We were killing roaches in the room from the moment we stepped into the room. They did have pest control come the following day, but it did not get rid of the roaches.

Cleanliness OK except floor, which made our feet dirty. Full kitchenette but no dishes or utensils provided, therefore kitchen was useless. Front desk closed most of the time except for limited daytime hours. Person at front desk during check-in was semi-rude regarding our dog, which was on the reservation. No washcloths provided. No clean towels provided after initial stocking of the room, even though we stayed 4 nights. No maid service during our stay. On the opposite side of the coin, the building is in very good condition and is kept visually clean and uncluttered.

Very basic hotel. My score represents the expectations of a typical hotel guest, although I can see that this facility might be a good match for a contractor working away from home. For a typical hotel guest however, very basic. Includes a kitchen but no cups, mugs, knives, forks plates etc. Does not provide breakfast. minimum of furniture (only one bedside table). Bed was very squeaky!

I like the fact that you need a key to get in and out of the Hotel. What I DIDN'T like was the fact that the beef was so low to the ground. It was Very HARD for me to get out of bed. For that reason I wouldn't stay at these Hotels again. Also for it being a "NEW HOTEL" in the area it didn't look brand new on the inside.

Bedding felt damp, tried to sleep on top of towel as a barrier. I usually like AC cold 67 degrees but had to turn up to 76 and still to cold. Room wreaked of cleaning chemicals -overpowering odor; after a few hours that scent cleared but then could smell light scent of pot. I considered going and sleeping in my vehicle; it was so bad. Maybe got 2 hours sleep. First and last visit to WoodSpring; fortunately I only booked one night. Horrible experience!
