The hotel is absolutely disgusting!!! My room had mold, the smell was awful! Everything in the room was moist because of the moldy atmosphere. This hotel should be shut down!! There were guest I encountered in the elevator who said they had to wear a mask in their rooms to breathe.
I hated everything about this place.

The location was convenient to the area I was visiting
EVERYTHING!!!!!
The hotel is in dire need of some serious repairs and updating. Checked in at around midnight. There were biscuits sitting out and when we came downstairs for breakfast at 7:30am, those same
biscuits were still on the counter.
The shower (Room 301 if I remember correctly) had a moldy/sewer odor. Carpet had visible stains and the elevator sound as if its going to break down at any moment. Other than the night clerk, the overall experience was TERRIBLE!!!

it was well located, however, that is the only redeeming part of this hotel
the check in process was not smooth and staff were rude to my family. Also, the room smelt was very musty and they did not clean the room, and they had to be informed by 9am and if you tell them at 10am they will
not clean your room. This information was also not easy information to come by

the staff was very helpful, friendly and respectful.
I feel more staff is needed to run a property that size to ensure your guest have a good experience. The property itself is in need of upgrades. The water smells and tastes like sulphur and there was a large cockroach in the room I had to kill. My wife uses insulin and when we arrived the refrigerator was not working. A person came and got it to work. On the second day when we returned to our room it had not been cleaned. The cleaning cleaning crew was already gone for the day. We had to ask to have the room cleaned but it couldn’t be done until the following day. The side door lock is broken so you don’t need the room key to get in. It’s very unsafe for the hotel guests.

I like the lady that was at the front desk when I arrived 10am on Friday, March 17th. She did everything she could to help me checking in earlier, upgrading my room.
The room had clean beds, but smells like an old dirty carpet. The bathroom was not clean, the shower curtain was dark from mold and the tub feels like was full of sand. Breakfast was not up to Marriott Standards. Omelet and Sausage patties were disgusting. No fresh food, just old bananas and some oranges. The elevator seems like its going to break anytime soon! Not worthy the price I paid for 2 nights. I wouldn't stay or recommend this hotel anymore.

The room was big enough. The location was very good. Orange park is near the downtown, 15 minutes. Easy to arrive from airport. And easy to drive to st. Augustine. Kind and pleasant stuff.
The rooms were not ventilated enough. Windows do not open and thus it had some smell of humidity. The Breakfast was not as it was expected, quite poor.

We were so tired we could have slept on the floor. Easy to get to NAS Jax
NO Plastic bags in garbage cans. No bathmats.
I have a infection in my leg. Dress it 2 times a day. I don't want anyone to to get it. Rubber gloves doesn't do it.

Staff was not very friendly. I was in town due to my aunt having an accident and is in ICU. We arrived at the hotel late. I was basically scolded at check in for my cousin using Booking.com to make the reservation. I was also addressed at the time of checkout. It was an emergency situation and we were just trying to find a place near the hospital. We ran out of toilet paper. I understand there is no housekeeping during our stay; however, leaving us with less than a half of a roll with no backup???
