Great Stay

Comfortable bed with curtains. Didn't use the kitchen but it looks in good condition. Comfortable communal spaces as well. The showers are good with hot water, and you can drink the tap water in the kitchen. The girl who was working daytime was very friendly and patient in answering various questions. You can leave bags here if you plan to go hiking in the nearby park. Quiet part of town with restaurants and bars nearby.

Cómoda

Es limpio, estaba buscando algo cerca a centros comerciales y el estadio, fue prefecta la ubicación. Las camas son cómodas, tienen su propia luz y conectores de todos los tipos, cajón para las cosas con su propia llave, el baño es compartido pero siempre estaba limpio y agradable, tiene una zona verde super chévere

le falto el huevito al desayuno, es pan tajado, café y fruta.

Ubicación privilegiada

Perfecto estado, tal cual como se muestra en las fotos. La cama muy cómoda y las habitaciones amplias. Está muy bien ubicado cerca a centros comerciales, restaurantes, calles principales. Todo el personal siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar y muy servicial, todos muy amables, volvería a hospedarme en el hostel

Al llegar la habitación no tenía ventilador pero las chicas de la recepción nos ayudaron y resolvieron el inconveniente muy rápido.

la mejor forma de conocer Pereira

el desayuno era saludable, lo que más me gusto fue la atención de todo el personal y la ubicación del lugar tanto por la zona de bares como por otros lugares de interés

Buena, pero puede mejorar.

Bonita habitación, cómoda, buena ubicación del hostal.

No se pudo pagar con tarjeta y el desayuno estuvo muy malo, entiendo que es un hostal pero nunca me había pasado que me den fruta que no esté fresca y con un pelo.

Aparentemente se veía bien, pero tuvimos una terrible experiencia.

El hotel es muy central y todo queda super cerca. No hay problema en caminar por el barrio y se consiguen taxis fácilmente.

La habitación estaba sucia y empolvada, de hecho había polvo en la cabecera de la cama. No se sentía privacidad, sentimos pasos muy cerca de la ventana que daba a un jardín y la verdad es que junto a nuestra ventana no había nada qué hacer, no entendimos porqué había gente ahí. El baño parece que tenía un problema con los sifones porque si se cerraban las ventanas, la habitación empezaba a oler terriblemente. La ducha tenía cabellos de personas, parece que no hubieran limpiado antes de que hubiéramos llegado a la habitación. En la noche salimos, pero el personal del lobby no apareció sino hasta media hora después desde que empezamos a buscarlo. Lo peor de todo fue que no nos entregó las llaves de la habitación porque supuestamente alguien más se las había llevado accidentalmente, así que preferí llevarme el computador y las cosas de valor mientras estaba fuera del hotel. Creo que lo único positivo fue que la dueña del hotel atendió a nuestras quejas antes de salir y nos reembolsó algo del dinero pues la experiencia la verdad había sido muy mala; ojalá y puedan mejorar porque la verdad el lugar luce agradable.

Mi mejor descanso!!!

La cama genial, nunca había dormido tan bien en un hotel, el ambiente familiar 5 estrellas, la zona inmejorable, definitivamente para regresar repetir y seguir volviendo.

El ingreso al hotel, las escaleras muy largas aunque recibimos ayuda.

Nice place, but not very well organised

Nice building, well equipped. Some staff very friendly (some a bit odd). Decent location – very close to restaurants, bars, mall with shops and banks. Was inexpensive.

Strange that the interior is nice but the place seems so disorganised. Entrance not properly signed, you don't know where to go. Often there were no staff there – I and others struggled to get into the building and were let in by guests rather than staff. Breakfast was provided, but you had to ask about it, nobody explained. No information provided about tours/activities in the area. Payment only in cash.

Decent but overpriced

The staff were friendly and the location was close to La Circunvalar.

The staff are friendly, but the property is overpriced. I booked the private room, which is on the lobby level. When I checked in, no one else was there including staff, and all the lights were kept off, giving a haunted house feeling. The room's windows don't close and face the common area, which can be loud and feel not private. I've stayed at other hostels in Colombia for less money that had a view, a TV, breakfast included, etc., and this hostel had none of those things for a higher price. Overall I would recommend this hostel if they lower the price.

Best deal in town: comfortable, great location, and brand new!

Brand new facilities in great condition. The owner and staff are super friendly. It was the owners birthday and she handed out cake to guests.

I enjoyed this place and Pereira so much that instead of staying one night, I ended up staying 4 nights haha. Perhaps the only downside is that it's a bit empty cus it's a new hostel and it's the low season, but if you're looking for a comfortable and quiet place for a good price, this hostel is unbeatable.
