Very nice.

Absolutely Beautiful Resort! The hotel is located at the top of a mountain Everything is well maintained and clean. There is quite a lot of nature around with the garden maintained by them. with plenty of wildlife to entertain (monkeys, birds and a giant squirrel) The staff and service were 11/10. They offered a great selection of fresh and tasty food and drinks. The hotel offers spectacular views over the hills of Kandy. The Pool was huge, relaxing. I received such a warm welcome, people were perfectly friendly and attentive. The food is also delicious and has big portions, for good prices. Nice trip through the mountains from Kandy by tuk tuk. Lovely place for a getaway, I would recommend it!

The host always available and helpful. Even before our arrival, we received a lot of information, pickup was arranged the Kandy railway station One of the best hotels in Sri Lanka. Check-in was easy and easy. The place was fantastic and everything was well organized Stunning view from each Super luxury smart room room. Excellent location. If you are searching for a place to relax in the middle of nature. And not too far from Kandy town. Wake up with the sound of birds singing. Many trekking options. Professional Spa treatments ... tasty food Great value for money. and friendly staff well trained. worth visiting. And one night is not enough at all !!!

review number 01 Heading Breathtaking views, great stay. review The grand hills of the best-serviced hotels we've stayed in. We felt very welcome from the start. We stayed in a Deluxe Double Room with balcony and mountain view. which was spacious and offered a great view from the balcony. The outdoor area, including a clean and inviting pool, was well-maintained. The hotel boasts beautiful scenery, perfect for enjoying both sunsets and sunrises. The restaurant was charming, with outstanding food and service, and the live band in the evening added a nice touch. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even better. Breakfast was delicious, and it was a treat to start the day in the beautiful garden. We highly recommend staying at this hotel if you're in the Kandy area! will definitely come back. wishes you all the very best grand hills.

Beautiful and a calm place to spend your time. A hotel with modern interior and a gorgeous panoramic view. The food and the service was good. The spacious rooms with breathtaking views of the Hanthana mountains range is awesome. Had a nice time while staying here and will go there again for sure.

Uns wurde nicht erklärt wann das Frühstück ist, kein Schlüssel gegeben und kein WLAN - erst nach Anfrage. Zum Abschluss mussten wir die Koffer selber runterschleppen. Außerdem waren im Zimmer sehr viele Holzläuse , auch in der Toilette!

Highly recommend it !

Highly recommend it ! A bit of a climb but once I reached there , I couldn't believe my eyes . The view from this hotel up in the Hnthana mountain range is insane .Surrounded by nature, it's so peaceful and the views are just out of this world. Perfect spot for a tired traveller to chill. everything about this place is spot on. The rooms are spotless clean , and the staff? We give them a big thumbs up ! They're super friendly, always ready to help, and the manager is a real legend. He tried his best to get us train tickets to Ella, but when that didn't work out, he sorted us out with a taxi for a decent price. Thank you for your kindness Mr. Manager ! And the breakfast ? Colourful and yummy sums it up. Local tea, coffee, and those fresh fruits ....mmm ..... absolute winners ! We only had a day in Kandy, and we're kicking ourselves for not staying longer in this dreamy place. No doubt, we're planning to swing by again next year.

Magnificent mountain view

My wife and me enjoyed the magnificent view from our balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the head of the staff. They gave us an additional towel on request and sent our clothes to local laundry. We spent 9 days in the hotel and found a lot of things to do: tracking in the beautiful mountains, Tea Museum that used to be a tea factory with 100 years history. Birds park is a small but interesting place where you can feed parrots. The city center is about 4 kilometers, so you can use Tuktuk

Great view but would not stay here again

The view was stunning, the swimming pool was well maintained and had a beautiful view. Good location if you want peace and quiet out of the city. The man serving breakfast was friendly and lovely and recommended places to visit.

The food was of poor quality, overpriced and one evening it took 1.45 hours to arrive following us ordering, despite us being the only guests in the hotel and being a small group with one course. We were asked what time we wanted breakfast, to which we said 7.30, to which the manager replied was too early, therefore we asked for 7.45, despite this breakfast was not given to us until after 0800. The bedding and pillows under the pillow case were filthy, the bed was very squeaky so any time you moved it would wake up everyone else in the room. The shower leaked and flooded the bathroom on every use and the waterfall shower did not work. One of the days we made plans for a tour of Kandy through the manager which he planned externally with a local taxi driver, it became very clear on paying when we returned that he did not want us to pay the quoted price in front of the taxi driver but pay later, we believe this was because he was taking a large cut for organising this trip. It became more and more apparent throughout our stay why we were the only people staying at this hotel and we wished we had read more reviews before booking.

Para el precio que es no lo recomiendo NADA

Habitación grande

Nos timaron como quisieron, sobretodo en la cena. Cenamos allí porque ya era tarde y nos cobraron más de 10€ por el plato que adjunto en la foto. 4 trozos de pollo frito quemado y tieso con 4 aros de cebolla fritos hechos con aceite quemado (llevaban un montón de trazas negras y se notaba en el sabor). Lo mejor es que había dos cartas con los mismos platos pero una para locales y otra para turistas, los precios eran literalmente el doble de caros. Se lo dijimos y nos dijo que la carta anterior era antigua, pero resulta que luego los vimos utilizándola con locales. Además, es un sitio difícil de llegar, si vas con tuktuk mejor busca otro hotel que seguro que hay muchísimo mejores.

MAGICAL!!!!!!!💓 Imagine being in the mountains, seeing green everywhere, waking up to birds singing, going to sleep watching the stars and the moon from your bed and relaxing in your balcony with the sound of the nature. This is what you'll get in this place! (The moon part is if you're lucky enough to get our room 😋 room N°1). We're normally traveling on a budget, but we decided to indulge ourselves and take a chance with this place, and it worth every penny! The owner are super nice, the free meditation (mix with some Buddhism lessons :)) in the morning was a great way to start our day, and the place is just beautiful. Some recommendations: - Download the PickMe app. The location is amazing, but it's a little bit outside of the main area of Kandy. So with this app your life will be easier (and cheaper:)) - All the rooms are amazing, but try to get the room number 1 for the view of the moon from your bed - Plan your trip so you'll be able to enjoy a morning or a sunset in this place.. - If you're into Yoga, this is the place for you!! My girlfriend and I are so happy we stayed here!!!! I'm sure you'll be too

Overrall i had a great experience with this hotel.staff was incredibly friendly. Breathtaking view to the room comfy & very clean. Loved the nature sounds where you can hear the sounds of the birds chirping around. Somewhat outside the city, wonderful views, small hotel with few rooms. Menu in dollars, a bit expensive. We got another (worse) room than we booked with no compensation. Would not recommend to friends and family.

The hotel is one the highest placed in Kandy and has a great view of the mountains. Morning views are therapeutic. Mr James was in contact with us prior to our stay to ensure we needed anything. Great gesture Rooms were spacious with a great view. Pool was clean and hotel was well maintained Breakfast was delicious and we were served welcome drinks from the sweetest mangoes All the staff were extremely attentive and caring A perfect place to unwind

The best Boutique Villa.

I liked everything about the Grand Hills. The location was breathtaking and the serenity was simply mesmerising. The staff were very. Courteous and hospitable. Went out of their way to make our stay better than we expected. The food was exceptional. The breakfast was out of this world. A very full and wholesome breakfast we've ever had in any hotel. All in all it was a wonderful and relaxing experience. The monkeys were a sight to see. We even hand fed the wild monkeys.😃😃 Thanks to Don. A wonderful host, and for arranging transport at a very reasonable price. We will certainly be back. Highly recommended.👍👍👍👍

Stayed for one night in pool view room and loved the experience. Customer service and everything was perfect. The food was really good and they made sure to cover all our needs throughout our stay. The staff is very friendly and the room very clean and tidy. It made for a completely different level for the view and the view was amazing. Little bit far away from the Kandy city but we can reach within 10, 15 minutes time by own vehicle.( It was definitely worth) will visit again for sure.
