Tout le personnel était très agréable, disponible et de bons conseils pour nos déplacements et visites de Lille.
La décoration de l'hotel est un ravissement, la salle de petit déjeuner est atypique....c'est très sympa !

Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman at the reception. The breakfast was also very simple but full of choices and delicious.
The bathrooms were really small and the pillows uncomfortable, everything else was great!

Very nice and warm welcome by the manager, personal and really nice to arrive at.
The room is renovated with love and care and gives a whole new level to "basic" in a positive way.
Great location, close to shops, supermarket and highway.
Found only one small thing to complain about, which I didn't because it was just so understandable at the same time. The bunkbed was creeky (made a lot of noise) when kids turned or played. But this can easily be fixed by checking the screwing often and fixing it to the wall (yes, I know from experience at home haha). This seems more like something you don't know till you know, so it was in no way a big issue.
Just writing it down for next time, cause we surely would go there again.
Although meeting the manager only shortly, I just know it will be fixed the same day he reads this, he is very caring and into detail.
The kind of ethic you miss at so many other "similar" places. Would recommend!

The staff was really friendly and did everything to make our stay a pleasant one. The breakfast was not super but enough.
The bathroom was really small. There was some strange smell in the room but we don't know what it was.

The bed was great and comfortable, getting in the hotel and in the room was fast and easy, interesting room design
Room was smaller than I imagined, though it served it's purpose. Bathroom was tiny however and it was dirty in some spots, for example the airvent was quite bad to look at.
