Nothing
Didn't end up staying. We pulled into car park to be surrounded with dead and dying rats. The reception area stank of cigarettes. Then when we got in our room it was filthy. My son climbed up to get into his bunk bed to find, what looked like, human excrement on it. This was the point we left. Absolutely disgusting.

Accomodatie enorm verouderd en vies.

It was close to the ferry and easy to find. Breakfast was ok.
It wasn't very clean. In one of the bedrooms the toiletseat was missing and no soap in the dispenser.
In the evening there was a lot of noise on the balcony, it made it hard to get a good night sleep which was essential for a long drive the following day.

Almost everything
I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT HOTEL AGAIN

Bed was very comfortable, and cleaned well
Some broken, worn fittings in room. Bathroom is tiny, you can just about move around.
2.5
It had a bed not much more to say really.
Breakfast at 6€ selection was minimal. Limited bread, few bits of cake and 1 cereal choice ( no bowls)
Rooms had damage. Shower head not attached to wall just on the floor, Door to room wasnt flush with wall you could see daylight so could hear road noise. Several people in the group changed rooms due to damage.
Not the best tbh.

Plenty of parking.
Both rooms were extremely run down with electrical sockets hanging from walls, extremely bad water damage to the ceilings and walls, smears of god knows what everywhere. Neither of the showers had attachments to fit to the wall, one was missing the plug and the sink of one room had been taped with rubber gloves to stop a leak. Both rooms stank of cigarette smoke.

Cheap and cheerful
Noisy neighbours
2.5
Staff friendly, rooms are rundown and feel abit dirty. For a quick stop before the ferry it is totally fine
Thin walls, smelt of smoke, abit run down
3.5
Good WiFi
Better on front of hotel than back as the back gets hot and usually noisy
Door needed to be slammed to close it which at night would upset neighbours
3.5
Basic but clean. Feels safe. WiFi good. Close to tunnel
More towels needed 3people 2towels not great. Check in can not happen between 12 and 5 so some waiting around also if you arrive late you need to use automatic check in which is a disaster

The staff was very nice and helpful
We were on our way from Germany to the UK. On our way, we got very tired, particularly my husband since he was driving. Spontaneously, we decided to stay a night in France. For 50€ we knew that we weren’t to expect luxury but what waited for us there was terrifying. The room wasn’t cleaned at all and the mattress had many fluid marks. Only the duvet was clean. My daughter and I decided rather to sleep in the car than in this room. My husband stayed as he was too exhausted. I think someone from the health department should visit and check this hotel. Only the staff was nice.

I needed a cheap place to stop on my way from Wales to Italy, this met the requirements being cheap and just off the main road. They gave me a clean and comfortable bed and a shower with hot water, plenty for my needs.
The breakfast was poor, I don't mind a continental breakfast, but I'd expect something more than bread, butter and yogurt. I'll most definitely stop again as it's good value for the money, but I'll bring my own breakfast or stop somewhere else for food.
