This stunning two storey maisonette nestled in the centre of St Ives has amazing sea views, and is within walking distance of the town and beaches. . Ground Floor:

Welcome to Mor Kernow meaning Cornish Sea, a two-storey maisonette in the centre of the popular town of St Ives, situated in an elevated position it has amazing views of one of England’s most beautiful seaside towns. It comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with original features such as a beautiful fireplace and high ceilings making it feel spacious and light. The owner has tastefully furnished the property with pops of bright colour to add a modern touch.
The modern light kitchen is well equipped, whether it is just for breakfast or cooking for a family. Doors lead out to the seating area and garden where you can enjoy al fresco dining, morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, whilst taking in the magnificent sunsets and magical night skies. There is one double bedroom on the ground floor and the others are on the first floor. The living/dining area on the first floor has stunning views facing the sea and the town. The large comfy sofas are ideal for relaxing, watching TV or talking, or if you just want to sit and enjoy the view, choose one of the armchairs in the large panoramic bay window.
This location is popular with visitors all year round. You can walk everywhere, lots of steps will get you fit, and there are four beaches, each within a 10-minute walk. Perfect for travelling without a car as the beachside train station is just ½ mile away or a short cab ride away. The short walk into town has an abundance of cafés, restaurants and pubs so you will be spoilt for choice, you can eat somewhere different every day. Boutique shops and art galleries sit next to surf shops and gift shops. This is a popular location for artists and The Barbara Hepworth Museum and Tate Gallery are both well worth a visit. The harbour is always bustling and is a great place to people watch whilst you’re having a drink or a meal.
If you want to travel, catch an open top bus to Lands’ End. Enjoy the beautiful scenery on route, you can pop on and off so an ideal way to explore the area. Other popular destinations are Marazion and Zennor as well as the most westerly town of Penzance. There is so much to do in the area you will be booking a return holiday very quickly. Beach ½ mile. Pub and restaurant ½ mile.
