About this house rental
This 3-storey, terraced cottage is larger than it looks and in a prime position just metres from the golden sands of Porthgwidden beach with outstanding views from the top floor across the town to the front and the Island to the rear. Generous living areas make it ideal for larger families and it has been furnished and decorated to the highest of standards. Four bedrooms over 2 floors and 2 bathrooms as well as parking for a medium and a small car to the rear.
Ground Floor
Kitchen. Through French doors from the parking area at the rear, this room is bright and spacious with ample storage areas, hardwood worktops, 5 ring gas hob with extractor hood, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and breakfast table for 4.
Dining room. Large table and seating for 8, Welsh dresser and feature fire place. Hatch through to sitting room 2.
Sitting room. Comfortable, bright and airy with a stable door to Carncrows Street at the front. Furnished with a 3 seater and 2 seater settee, 2 beanbags and coffee table with 42" flat screen TV, DVD player and feature fire place.
Sitting room 2. Double bed settee, 2 beanbags, wardrobe and roof lighting. Stair gate stored plus mesh "door" for this room.
First Floor
Bedroom 1. Double bed, large wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, window to Carncrows Street. Hairdryer.
Bedroom 2. Twin beds, bedside tables, chest of drawers and hanging cupboard.
Bathroom. Full sized bath, wash basin and WC.
Shower room. Large walk in shower, wash basin and WC.
Second Floor
Bedroom 3. Double bed under low eaves, bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Stunning views from the dormer windows towards the Island and the sea. Hairdryer.
Bedroom 4. Double bed under low eaves, bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Sea glimpses from the dormer windows along Carncrows Street.
Well behaved dogs are allowed up until mid-May and from the beginning of October onwards on the ground and first floors only. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the property at any time.
A stair gate that fits all doors is provided.
