The location of this home is ideal for those who love to balance their time between lazy beach days, walks into town, and the recreational opportunities that make a vacation a vacation. On the ground level there’s a fish cleaning station with water and lights, a charcoal grill, and an outdoor shower. The first level is abuzz with activity as everyone comes together in the newly renovated contemporary kitchen, dining area and great room. This level also includes a master queen bedroom with an ensuite bath and a laundry room.
Three more bedrooms are located on the second level: a master king with ensuite bath and ocean views; and a newly furnished queen bedroom that shares a jack-and-jill bath with a kid’s room featuring both a double and single bed. Also on this level is a den/study that features a queen-size pull-out sofa bed. Here you can settle into your favorite shows on the Smart TV, curl into a good book, or compete with your family for the top spot on the Nintendo Switch. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
