Not only does it boast living space on both floors, but it also has separate entrances for each floor, two ocean-view decks, and bedrooms and baths on each floor. But don’t worry—both floors have living spaces large enough to get the whole gang, whether that’s family or friends, together for enjoying your time at the beach!
The gorgeous upper-level great room has a soaring, golden beam-and-plank vaulted ceiling with a double set of windows for ocean views through beautiful shore pines. Lots of comfy seating, a wall-mounted TV, a wood stove, and access to the deck make this room extra inviting. A large dining table and extra seats at the breakfast bar mean you can accommodate all your guests for meals together. The kitchen has lots of updated counter space, so there’s no excuse not to have helpers with meal prep. One queen bedroom on this level has access to the deck; another has its own bath; the third has an extra twin bunk, perfect for a family to stay together.
The lower level has its own living space, a big open room with a wall of windows to the sea, a TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Supplemented by three bedrooms, one with its own bath and one with its own deck, this floor has all a family needs for a completely separate living space. A patio out the back door has a picnic table, and a path through beach grass will take you to the surf in minutes. You’ll find miles of level sand, views of Twin Rocks, and plenty of sea and sand. Downtown Rockaway Beach is minutes away by car, and you’ll enjoy day trips galore to Tillamook and the North Oregon Coast from this Lifesaver of a home. Enjoy privacy and convivial company in equal doses on your next visit to the coast!
