This was ideal for a family celebration of life. Easy walk to the beach for all ability levels. Well stocked with essentials with room for all to meet together or have private time. This is a very comfortable home-away-from-home

The house was set up really well with complete setups on both floors. They each had three bedrooms, two baths, and full kitchen living and dining rooms. Each floor was big enough to host dinner for eleven people. The top floor had a bit of an ocean view. You can tell the house has been well used as there is some wear and tear on furniture and flooring. But nothing that takes away from the space. We were lucky and had great weather all weekend and the town was fun to walk through. We enjoyed our reunion there.

This home is perfectly located in Rockaway, a quaint little town that worked out beautiful.
I recommend the entire house for multi family use.
The owners representative was kind, the home was clean and it was a peaceful spot.
I recommend the train ride from Rockaway to Garibaldi - it was informative and fun and we saw two bald eagles. I’d use this home again.

There was enough bedroom and hang out space for a big family. The outdoor area and porches were awesome too. A short walk to the ocean enabled us to see the sunset everyday.

We enjoyed our stay very much! It was perfect for a large party however I do wish that some of the kitchen ware was updated as a lot of the things in the kitchen seemed old.
thanks for a great stay anyway.

Older but nice property. Perfect for a beach trip. Beds were adequate and there were plenty of dishes in the kitchen.

A two story duplex on the beach but with limited ocean views. Both kitchens are well equipped. Lots of dining and living seating.

Great property and great communication with Meredith.

An enjoyable experience overall, with some exceptions*. Well supplied kitchens (house is on two separate levels with stairs outside), comfortable beds, wonderful view over dunes to ocean from upstairs living area, pet friendly, quiet (except when tourist train rolls by every few hours). Worked great for our family Father's Day gathering.
Exceptions*: microwave in upstairs kitchen non-functioning, which we were notified about several days before arrival, but how long should it take to go out and buy a new plug-in microwave? Upstairs coffee maker also non-functioning, and when we sent a message to the management company, got no reply back for several days, so ended up using the downstairs microwave and coffee maker during our 5-day stay. Also no instructions from the management company about what departure expectations were, so we did a general cleanup and the cleaning fee can cover the deep cleaning. And you pay a hefty "booking fee" charge when you reserve (presumably for the management services), so overall, we expected a bit more value than what we felt we got.

Pulled up to cleaning crew waiting for laundry and to finish and taking pictures of over full garbage can. The house needed some one to think about how guests would use it. There is no where to hang your coat when you come in and a funky odor in the laundry room. The microwave is not working and no closet in main bedroom. We had a great time and enjoyed the beach and beautiful sunsets.

Great location with a walking path to the beach. Open areas for everyone to gather and enjoy meals together. Good space to accommodate everyone with an upper and lower level. Great view from the upper level. We'd stay here again!
