This 4br/3bth single-family home in the centrally located neighborhood of Arcadia offers space for 20+ guests in the main house alone (not including the extra casita in the back available for rent!) The house has HUGE dining tables, putting green, pool, and is 7min from PHX airport, 12 to Oldtown Scottsdale, 20 min to Statefarm Stadium, and 15 to Downtown Phoenix; With the backyard facing directly south, you'll have the best sun exposure for most of the day with plenty of shaded areas to cool down in. My family and I had an amazing stay in Hans beautiful home. The pool came in big time in these 100° days and the house had plenty of space to fit a big family. The location was conveniently located around many stores restaurants and highways. Hans was a great help and was very responsive to any of my questions and concerns. Will definitely recommend for any family gatherings.

We loved our stay at this property. We were here for a collegiate climbing competition and the place suited our needs very nicely. The host was very good at communicating and the place was very clean when we got there. The place was a tad smaller then we thought it was going to be based on the pictures but there was a lot of sleeping options other then the 4 rooms. The outside pool area was very very nice and definitely one of our favorite parts of the house.

We had booked this house for our sisterhood retreat of 22 girls! the host was very responsive and the house space was very good for everyone there. If we were all in one room we were a bit cramped but when we used the backyard for activities everyone had space to participate or hang out! Overall, a good experience.:))

I booked this property to accommodate 20 guests, as is stated on the listing, however thankfully, only 12 guests were able to attend. I’m not sure how 20 people can fit in this house (excluding the casita, which is able to be booked but for an additional charge!). I guess if you are thinking of squeezing three people in the king beds, and two people on the modular couch, and two in the “full” size bed of the bunk bed… It‘a nearly impossible to fit 20; we felt cramped/limited with sleeping arrangements with only 12! The host was very quick to respond, the house was super clean, and the backyard area was so fun (but could use more chairs! Again, if the house claims to sleep 20, there are not enough patio chairs for 20 people…). Overall we made it work, but I encourage others to evaluate their group size and the sleeping accommodations!

This property was perfect for a large group vacation! The host was VERY responsive, allowed us early check-in, and made the process very simple. He accommodated our needs. The property was spacious with plenty of room. It was equipped with everything needed to have a great stay. Would recommend !!!

I cannot believe the audacity to invade someone’s privacy. I clearly mentioned to the host that NOT 20 people will be attending my birthday party. Although I booked it for 20, not even 10 were sleeping over. I explained to the host about throwing a birthday party with my friends and family AND telling them about how they will bring EXTRA people. (Screenshots of conversation can be provided.) I was having a FANTASTIC time when the host decided to show up with the police saying that I was “breaking house rules” about the amount of people in the property when I CLEARLY had stated that NOT 20 were going to BE at the property. Such a scam when you pay for something and your privacy is invaded!! The music was NOT loud. My friends were NOT loud. The host texted me in the middle of the night saying that he has “photographic evidence that you have more than 20 people” BRO I CLEARLY SAID NOT 20 PEOPLE WERE COMING OVER! That just tells you this host doesn’t sleep and decides to invade the guests privacy by looking through cameras even DURING stay. What kind of bs is that!! I understand it’s their house, but once you let strangers book your house, you are trusting them in such way that if anything happens, you should look through camera evidence AFTER stay to dispute anything. I can’t believe my birthday party was RUINED because my privacy wasn’t respected. I am extremely upset that I couldn’t stay for the days I PAID for. I was only there for 9 hours when I paid for a WHOLE weekend! 👎

We recently just stayed here with a large group of friends and family and it was one of the BEST experiences we've had with a VRBO. Hans was the best host! He was so quick to respond and provided excellent service when it was needed. The house was fully stocked of towels for the pool, plenty of places for people to sleep, and large outdoor area. He also has a Casita you can include for extra, which was very ideal to have! Both the house and Casita were in fantastic condition. We highly recommend staying here!!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this vacation rental! The house offered ample space, making it perfect for our group. The amenities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool that provided a refreshing escape from the summer heat. Being golfers, the highlight for us was the putting green - it added an extra layer of fun to our stay and allowed us to practice our short game in between rounds. The location is perfect to central Phoenix and all of their incredible golf courses. Overall, a wonderful experience that we highly recommend! We will be back!

Me and my group had an incredible time at this house. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and designed for ease of access. Beds were comfortable, loved the make up vanity and full length mirrors all over the house. Hans was very accommodating. We had plenty of parking and loved the neighborhood. SO CLOSE to SO MUCH - great restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy and quick to get the Highway and best of all it’s only 8minutes from the airport! Hans and this house will be my go-to Phoenix spot from here on out! Best experience!

I had such a wonderful stay - everything was so clean, spacious, quiet, smart, and close to so many bars and restaurants. The host welcomed me with some refreshments and snacks which was so appreciated after a long drive. The pool and overall backyard felt like paradise. I will be booking again soon.
