Très joli appartement

Nous avons apprécié la jolie décoration, une bonne literie et l'emplacement. La vue sur le parc est agréable. Un bel écran TV dans la pièce principale et un écran également dans chaque chambre est un plus. La possibilité de se balader au bord du canal est plaisant

Il serait bien d'ajouter un portemanteau dans la salle de bain.

Agréablement surpris.

L'hôte a été très compréhensif et très agréable malgré une erreur de ma part. L'appartement est joliment décoré et, vu les matériaux, je peux comprendre la règle des chaussures à laisser à l'entrée. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Quelques capsules de café sont disponibles, c'est un petit plus. L'emplacement n'est pas central, mais il nous convenait du fait de sa proximité (+- 20minutes de marche) avec le parc des Expositions.

La clé est à récupérer à 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement, une minute en voiture. Cela ne nous a pas posé de problème, c'était vraiment proche. Mais c'est effectivement un élément à savoir.

A EVITER A TOUT PRIX. De toute façon c'est toujours de votre faute une fois que vous avez payé.

RIEN. Ce sont des voleurs. Font des exigences après paiement. A éviter pour moi c'est certain, je ne revianderai plus.

Pas de chauffage. Seulement un chauffage d'appoint pour tout l'appartement et il faisait très froid. Interdit les chaussures mais ça été dit après paiement et le jour d'entrée dans la location. mas pas de chaussons à la disposition. A préciser que c'est une obligation musulmane, c'est son droit, mais que je ne suis pas... je suis français pas musulman. Pas de parking après 17 heures, toute les places sont occupées, alors vous ne pouvez pas diner en ville. Il faut chercher les clés loin, plus de 15 minutes en voiture et si vous n'avez pas de voiture? Vous faites comment? Je suis accusé de fumer, alors que je ne fume pas. Un grand menteur, mais que je n'ai jamais vu, sauf sur Internet après mes recherches ou j'ai vu sa photo. Je comprends mieux sa mentalité.

Lovely apartment once one finds it

The apartment has two bedrooms and a lovely, small living room as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The decor was charming and welcoming once we able to get in.

We spent a good amount of time trying to find the "front door" as parking was on the street and there are actually two entrances. The directions were not explicit and the owner spent time texting to explain the 'garden entrance' was where we were supposed to be. (That entrance was hidden on the opposite of the building., away from the driveway side). The owner needs to either meet the renters or give a map to show where one would come in and use the 2 codes to get into the entrance to the building and door upstairs to get into the room.

I’d highly recommend this accommodation as layover!

It was very convenient for us as family with two young kids.

The property does not have an AC. This would be a great addition.

Un séjour confortable, dans un quartier très calme, mais un peu excentré.

Appartement spacieux bien agencé et très propre. Cafetière Nespresso avec capsules à disposition.

Avertir à l'avance que les chaussures doivent être retirées, ou alors mettre des chaussons à disposition. Mettre à disposition une cafetière pour le matin. Un escabeau serait apprécié dans une des chambres afin de pouvoir atteindre les cintres sans mesurer 1,85 m, de même qu'un sèche cheveux serait le bienvenu.

Beautiful apartment, clean and comfortable.

The apartment was lovely: well appointed, clean and comfortable. The facilities were excellent and made for a relaxing stay. The host met us, after booking.com failed to forward the checking-in instructions, and he was very friendly and helpful. The balcony was planted with well tended flowers and had lovely views over the gardens.

Check-in would have been easier if booking.com had forwarded the instructions. This was totally not the hosts fault, and he was very considerate, coming straight over to help.

An excellent place to stay if you appreciate quality, and a bit of a view. Really nice.

The communication was good as we checked in. The property was so so nice! Top quality furniture, gadgets, and ambiance. I especially appreciated a few Nespresso pods left for us, to use in the machine. Makes such a difference.

I had initially a bit of a problem on where was acceptable to park which caused me concern for a while. Soon sorted though. and I do tend to always over-worry about things like that. By the time we left the next morning, I was used to it all.

Just do it

We absolutely love this property. It had character and charm. It was modern yet old-fashioned and very convenient. The host was exceptional and accommodated a change of check-in time and a change of checkout time for us which was very kind. The location is excellent just across the road from a lovely canal and recreational area and just a couple of miles out of the city centre. I would stay here again at the drop of a hat.

Superb

Hector was so kind and helpful, a real gentleman. The apartment was scrupulously clean, quite luxurious, comfortable and well appointed. Having a washing machine with powder provided was very helpful.

Just very small things. It was about a 30 minute walk into Reims centre, but a very pleasant one along the canal. We are quite short and the dining table and chairs are very high. A small coffee table in front of the sofa would be useful.

Great spot for visiting some champagne houses by foot.

Quiet well-equipped apartment with comfortable beds which is walking distance from at least 3 champagne houses. Made use of champagne glasses & bucket & plates & cutlery to eat dinner in the apartment one night when restaurants closed early and there was a curfew. We also walked into the cathedral. Hector was helpful and flexible about the check in. Free parking on site. A great weekend.
