Everything about this property was beautiful. The home itself being located right on the water was perfect for kayaking, fishing, evenings by the fire, relaxing and reconnecting. The house is gorgeous, comfortable, and had everything you might need/want. We enjoyed the game room - jenga and family air hockey tournaments.
A lovely experience and we hope to return at some point. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Copley Cottage was phenomenal! Our group included family from Los Angeles, Pa and NJ. We wanted to introduce our newest family member to great grandpa who lives in the area.
We were impressed with the design and lay out of the house. . High end kitchen and open concept made for easy enjoyable time together.
Waking up to the views of the lake and area felt like a bit of paradise. The private beach, dock and sauna were outstanding additions. Overall a stay that will be remembered forever

This was the most beautiful lakehouse! The water surrounded the property on almost every side. It jutted out on a peninsula. The beach was so large, and the inside of the house was STUNNING! I could not have loved our stay anymore!

Imagine watching the world awaken with this view. My family had the great good fortune to stay at Copley’s Lakefront Cottage and Guest house on Lake Monomonac as the landscapers were finishing the last plantings. This is an exceptional property – a stunning lakeside home. Three stories of floor to ceiling lake views. Beautifully finished with gathering areas indoors and out. This home is a perfect place for families and friends to gather with everything you need to relax, play and unwind. We look forward to our return.
