This beautiful, Accessible 3 bedroom home sleeps 10 and is located in a quiet neighborhood. Highlights include a large modern kitchen, fully-finished basement with an office and family room, and garage parking. Features a backyard oasis designed with tranquility in mind! This property offers 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, an enclosed outdoor shower, and a wonderfully spacious basement complete with a home office, full bath, and family room for relaxing or watching the big game! Central A/C throughout. Located an easy walk to King's Grant private beach and access to Myrick's Pond. Weather is not an issue with this home's backup power generator.
There are many wonderful things to do in Brewster, enjoy the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and countless miles for biking and walking. Bike rentals are available in Brewster.
Explore the famous Brewster Flats at low tide.
Enjoy magnificent sunsets over Cape Cod Bay. Make sure to visit Nickerson State Park with hiking trails and two kettle ponds with kayak and paddle board rentals.

To experience this at least once a day, visit one of Brewster's beaches. From east to west these are: Crosby Landing, Linnell Landing, Ellis Landing, Breakwater Beach, Saint's Landing, Mantes Landing and Paine's Creek.
