Beautiful waterfront home on the Sakonnet River. Enjoy beautiful summer sunsets on the back patio. With panoramic water views from three sides this comfortably furnished home features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Within walking or biking distance to Tiverton's Grinnell's Beach and the local coffee shop and 25 minutes to popular Newport, Rhode Island. Paddle boards and kayaks available for your use during your stay. Please not, full dock access is not included in your rental.

Brilliant for a Girls' Weekend Meet-up! The house is very comfortable and just what we wanted -- interesting old wood, beautiful view, lots of space indoors and out, easy parking. The one con may be that there are three lovely bedrooms upstairs, but the fourth "bedroom" is a make-shift futon in a musty hallway downstairs. We enjoyed our time in Tiverton and would stay here again.

Gorgeous panoramic views of the harbor! Our weather wasn’t the greatest, but we still enjoyed the views while it rained, especially from the cupola. Wonderful sitting there with coffee in the early morning and celebrating a milestone birthday eating lobsters and clams at the covered, outside table in the evening. Enjoyed kayaking with our small dog from the house steps. Upstairs rooms comfortable and window AC units in each room kept us very cool on hot, humid, summer nights. We discovered an incredible fish store in Bristol (10-15 min. drive from house) called Andrade’s. The fish, lobsters, etc. are super fresh, and the small, little neck clams are some of the best we’ve ever had! They will steam the lobsters for you, and you can pick them up HOT at a certain time to bring home to eat. People who work there are incredibly nice and helpful, too. In every store we entered, such as the coffee store close to the house, we were met with smiles and the nicest people. Wish we could have stayed in Tiverton for a month and enjoyed the rental house on Riverside Drive longer. :-) One recommendation we have is to bring your own lobster tools with which to eat and extra garbage bags in which to fill your trash. The other thing we loved is how quiet it was in Tiverton, even though many houses are close together. Residents are very respectful of their neighbors, and it is not a boisterous community. If you enjoy peace, quiet and beauty, then you will love your stay.
