Step outside your back door each morning and watch the sun come up over the Catalina Mountains at this gorgeously situated Tucson retreat. A wonderful escape for hiking enthusiasts, this home is just steps from beautiful walking trails that wind throughout the desert landscape.
This single-story home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the mountains, with hiking trails accessible only two doors down. Catalina State Park is one mile east, offering a 5,500-acre expanse that's home to thousands of saguaros, over 150 species of birds, and miles of mountain trails for hiking and biking.
The natural setting is something special here, and you'll have a sun-dappled backyard to help you make the most of it. Sip your first cup of coffee among the cacti each morning, and light the gas grill for lunchtime barbecues overlooking the Catalinas. In the evenings, linger on the shaded patio for al fresco dinners, spectacular sunsets, and a bit of stargazing with dessert.
The open concept fills the house with natural light and sweeping views of the mountains to the east. Every room feels bright, open, and breezy, whether you're preparing dinner using stainless steel kitchen appliances or sitting down to eat in the dining area. Stream your favorite movies in the living room each night, catch up on email via the complimentary WiFi, and sleep soundly in three bedrooms - one of which is a primary suite with its own TV, Roku, access to the patio, and private bathroom.

This is a beautiful, comfortable, thoughtfully stocked home that was a pleasure for us to stay in. It was spotless, the views are eye candy, and the amenities are plentiful. One star is removed because the garage was off limits; otherwise I’d rate this property 5+ stars!

This home was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped. We found everything we needed and things we forgot to bring. The beds were exceptionally comfortable with hotel quality linen. We are long time friends who travel annually to stay in touch. It was perfect in every way.

This property was just what we needed! We live locally but needed a temporary place to stay while our son was visiting from out of state. This home is beautiful and stocked full of everything you need for a vacation to feel at home. We enjoyed coffee and work from home with the beautiful backyard view of the Catalina mountain range, and we even had a friendly visit from some wildlife taking shelter from a storm. The rooms are large and conveniently spaced next to each other for easy access and the walk-in closet, large tub and separate shower in the master suite were a definite highlight. Our 1 year old loved the big tub! We also enjoyed the large flatscreen TV in he living room. The home is close to many different spots to hike and grocery stores and activities.
