When you want to explore a bit further afield, Birch Point State Park, Owls Head Lighthouse, Owls Head Museum, and all the shops, restaurants, and amenities of Rockland are just a few minutes’ drive away.

Spend time sipping your favorite beverage on your patio, or take a brief walk to play a family game of kickball on the local field, complete with a baseball diamond. Inside, you’ll find a cozy, welcoming space, with abundant natural light and an open layout. The full, well-equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and there’s room to sit down for a meal together at the adjacent table.

After a day of exploration, unwind on the sectional while you stream the latest release or use the free WiFi to scroll social media. A washer/dryer and partial AC add another layer of vacation comfort. Keep dinner simple with a cookout on the gas grill, then opt for a stargazing session around the firepit in the yard. An idyllic getaway awaits - all that’s left to do is book.

THINGS TO KNOW
Streaming services are available with guests’ personal accounts.
There are chickens in a coop (no rooster) the owner checks in on every morning. If guests want fresh eggs, please leave the basket on the steps and the owner will leave some for you.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
